Kamala Harris losing to Donald Trump means the knives are out in the Democrat Party.

Former allies are turning on Kamala Harris left and right.

And Nancy Pelosi just threw Kamala Harris under the bus with this humiliating put down.

Nancy Pelosi never wanted Kamala Harris as the nominee

Now that the election is in the books and Donald Trump is President-elect the truth can be told.

Nancy Pelosi quarterbacked the coup to remove Joe Biden as the Democrat Party nominee for President following Biden’s senile debate performance.

Kamala Harris quickly became the Democrat Party’s standard bearer.

But now that Donald Trump vanquished Kamala, Pelosi is letting it be known she never wanted Kamala as the candidate and blamed Biden for jamming the party in a situation where the only option was nominating Kamala.

Pelosi told the New York Times that “had the president [Biden] gotten out sooner, there may have been other candidates in the race.”

The plan, Pelosi explained, was to force Biden out and have an open convention where party bosses could pick who they think would be the strongest candidate.

“The anticipation was that, if the president were to step aside, that there would be an open primary,” Pelosi added.

Pelosi cast doubt on the idea that Kamala Harris could have beaten the other Democrat hopefuls while also admitting it was a waste of time to dissect since what happened, happened.

“And as I say, Kamala may have, I think she would have done well in that and been stronger going forward. But we don’t know that. That didn’t happen. We live with what happened. And because the president endorsed Kamala Harris immediately, that really made it almost impossible to have a primary at that time. If it had been much earlier, it would have been different,” Pelosi concluded.

Independent journalist Mark Halperin said Pelosi’s comments confirmed his reporting from this summer that the plan was for Joe Biden to drop out and pick a new nominee.

“Yes, despite what the ignorant haters want to say, Biden was not supposed to endorse Harris that first day. In fact, many around the VP didn’t want him to endorse out of concern that it was going to hurt her “she’s earning the nomination” narrative,” Halperin began.

Biden threw a monkey wrench in those plans by endorsing Kamala Harris under pressure after Kamala’s handlers realized it would look horrible if Biden dropped out and didn’t endorse his number two.

“After I broke the story, Biden came under enormous pressure to endorse the day he dropped out, and he succumbed to that, deeply setting back the efforts of those who wanted Biden out and someone besides Harris to be the nominee. So when I reported that Biden was getting out and NOT endorsing, it was accurate. Journalists never like their reporting to impact events but, in this case, mine did. And haters gonna hate hate hate,” Halperin concluded.

Pelosi singing a different tune

Back when everyone on the Left had to pretend like Kamala Harris was the second coming of Barack Obama, Pelosi had a completely different take.

To keep party unity Pelosi told CBS’s Lesley Stahl that Biden belonged on Mt. Rushmore.

“He was in a good place to make whatever decision – the top of his game,” Pelosi stated, “Such a consequential president of the United States, a Mount Rushmore kind of president of the United States.”

And in September Pelosi said in an interview with Semafor’s Kadia Goba that Kamala won an “open primary.”

“We had an open primary and she won it,” Pelosi claimed. “Nobody else got in the race.”

Pelosi is now unburdened by what has been in the form of Kamala Harris’ defeat so she can share her real feelings which is that she always knew Kamala was a dud who couldn’t beat Donald Trump.
