One key Democrat made this bad mistake picking a fight with J.D. Vance
J.D. Vance has a terminator-like ability to seek out and destroy the Democrats.
But that hasn’t stopped many of them from continually trying to challenge Vance.
And one key Democrat made this bad mistake picking a fight with J.D. Vance.
J.D. Vance obliterates the woke mob
Democrats and the media tried to smear Elon Musk and his DOGE team by casting them as racists.
A Wall Street Journal reporter who put her preferred pronouns in her bio published a hit piece attacking 25-year-old DOGE staffer Marko Elez for past trollish posts on X.
Elez resigned from DOGE.
The media wanted to stop DOGE after Elon Musk helped Trump shutter USAID, a command center for the deep state that spread its $44 billion budget around to leftist political groups, the fake news media and internet censorship groups.
J.D. Vance stood up for Elez on social media and said he should be rehired because it was wrong to reward the media for search and destroy missions targeting anyone on the Right.
“I obviously disagree with some of Elez’s posts, but I don’t think stupid social media activity should ruin a kid’s life. We shouldn’t reward journalists who try to destroy people. Ever,” Vance wrote in a post on X.
Democrat Congressman Ro Khanna responded if the staffer would first be forced to apologize for his posts on social media – one of which was directed at Indians – before being allowed back on the job.
“Are you going to tell him to apologize for saying “Normalize Indian hate” before this rehire? Just asking for the sake of both of our kids,” Khanna replied.
Vance’s wife is Indian and their children are half Indian.
And Vance immediately knew Khanna was trying to weaponize his family to provide fodder to the left.
The Vice President was having none of it.
“For the sake of both of our kids? Grow up. Racist trolls on the internet, while offensive, don’t threaten my kids. You know what does? A culture that denies grace to people who make mistakes. A culture that encourages congressmen to act like whiny children,” Vance began.
Vance warned Khanna against deploying “emotional blackmail” against him and said he wanted his kids to grow up in a country where one “flippant comment” wasn’t a career death sentence.
“I cannot overstate how much I loathe this emotional blackmail pretending to be concerned. My kids, god willing, will be risk takers. They won’t think constantly about whether a flippant comment or a wrong viewpoint will follow them around for the rest of their lives,” Vance added.
Vance said kids will do what kids do and tell stupid jokes or hold views they one day grow out of.
“They will tell stupid jokes. They will develop views that they later think are wrong or even gross. I made mistakes as a kid, and thank God I grew up in a culture that encouraged me to grow and learn and feel remorse when I screwed up and offer grace when others did,” Vance added.
Vance said the only thing that worried him was his kids growing up to be woke virtue signaling members of Congress and that Khanna disgusted him.
“I don’t worry about my kids making mistakes, or developing views they later regret. I don’t even worry that much about trolls on the internet. You know what I do worry about, Ro? That they’ll grow up to be a US Congressmen who engages in emotional blackmail over a kid’s social media posts. You disgust me,” Vance concluded.
“So, Dad, how did the Left finally get defeated in America?”
“Well, son, this NY real estate developer ran for President. Three times actually. Won all three times, but that’s a long story. And the Left tried to kill him. I saw it with my own eyes on July 16. Somewhere along the… pic.twitter.com/11oeLPXoC3
