Kamala Harris is – for the moment – the nominal leader of the party.

Kamala Harris wants to run for President again
Even though Donald Trump decisively defeated her, Kamala Harris isn’t giving up on her Presidential dreams even though this is her second attempt at the White House that ended in humiliating failure.
Kamala and her allies want to blame Joe Biden, the bad economy and only having 107 days to put together a campaign for her defeat.
A comeback is underway.
And Kamala’s team is looking at if she will run again for the Presidency in 2028.
“But privately, the vice president has been instructing advisers and allies to keep her options open — whether for a possible 2028 presidential run, or even to run for governor in her home state of California in two years. As Harris has repeated in phone calls, “I am staying in the fight,” POLITICO exclusively reported.
This was not welcome news inside the Democrat Party.
Even though Kamala Harris got the third most votes of any candidate in history, Kamala showed herself to be a flawed candidate.
Kamala was a poor decision maker as evidenced by the absurd decision to make the ridiculous Tim Walz her running mate based on a couple of MSNBC appearances where he tickled the fancy of the online left by calling Donald Trump and J.D. Vance weird.
The campaign also had to hide Kamala Harris from the press as she couldn’t do interviews since those required Kamala to speak without the benefit of a script.
Democrats tolerated all these flaws because they had no other choice.
No one wants Kamala 2028
Democratic strategist Theryn Bond told Newsmax that the last thing she wants to see is Kamala Harris run for President again.
“Not to run for president again in 2028. Please don’t,” Bond begged in response to a question about if Kamala Harris should try a third time to run for President.
Bond left the door open for Kamala to make a comeback to run for Governor of California in 2026.
“I can’t really speak for governor of California. Californians seem to support her significantly. We haven’t yet been able to measure what that support looks like after this current run she just had,” Bond added.
But another Presidential campaign – after losing to Donald Trump – should be off the table.
“That may be the only thing that she, I guess, may make sense for her to consider, but another shot at the presidency, I hope she doesn’t, and if she is relying on those same advisers that advised her this cycle, that’s not who I would listen to,” Bond concluded.
The alarm inside the Democrat Party that Kamala Harris may run for President again could explain a strange video the national party’s official X account shared where a disheveled Kamala Harris – who looked like she’d aged ten years since the election – delivered rambling remarks.
