Gabbard Is Racing to Declassify The Directed Energy Weapon Files Before Her Resignation Takes Effect

The federal government denied the existence of directed energy weapons for ages.

Trump’s Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard wants Americans to know the truth but the clock is ticking.

Gabbard has the files but she’s leaving soon and whether she can get it done before she does will tell you everything you need to know about whether Washington ever changes.

Biden's CIA Buried the Havana Syndrome Evidence for Nearly a Decade

The Biden administration told hundreds of wounded American intelligence officers, diplomats, and soldiers that the directed energy weapon attacks destroying their minds weren't real.

This isn't a conspiracy theory. It's a documented betrayal.

Since 2016, hundreds of American officials stationed in Cuba, China, Germany, and elsewhere reported the same nightmare: sudden skull pressure, ear pain, vertigo, and months of cognitive collapse.

Biden's CIA told them it was probably all in their heads.

A 26-year CIA veteran named Marc Polymeropoulos – who suffered debilitating Havana Syndrome symptoms himself – called what followed "one of the worst intelligence scandals of modern times."

"The cover-up was horrific," Polymeropoulos said.

What the CIA was hiding wasn't speculation. U.S. intelligence agencies had privately concluded that Russia's GRU Unit 29155 was behind the attacks – dating back to at least 2016 – and said nothing publicly for years.

The smoking gun came when investigators spent over $15 million acquiring one of the actual devices from a Russian criminal network: a miniaturized microwave weapon, silent and concealable, programmable for different scenarios and operable by remote control.

Biden's people knew. They buried it.

At a White House meeting near the end of Biden's term, members of his own National Security Council finally told six Havana Syndrome victims the words the government had refused to say for years: "We believe you."

They still didn't tell the public.

Judicial Watch Just Sued Six Agencies to Force the Havana Syndrome Files Into the Open

The moment Trump took office, Gabbard launched a full investigation.

She tasked her Director's Initiatives Group with reviewing the Biden-era intelligence community assessment on Anomalous Health Incidents – and that classified ODNI report is now complete.

According to sources who have seen it, the report directly criticizes the Biden intelligence community for conducting a cover-up.

Gabbard told Chairman Crawford at the Annual Threat Assessment hearing in March that she believes the Biden-era ICA on AHIs should be retracted entirely.

She hasn't been able to release any of it.

The CIA has resisted at every turn, and the clock is almost gone. An ODNI spokesperson confirmed this week: "She is actively working to declassify information about the COVID-19 pandemic and Anomalous Health Incidents before June 30."

Judicial Watch isn't waiting on anyone's goodwill.

The watchdog group filed a federal FOIA lawsuit this month against the DOJ, FBI, CIA, Defense Intelligence Agency, ODNI, and ICE – after all six agencies stonewalled February 2026 requests for directed energy weapon records, including documentation of the $15 million device purchase.

Chris Farrell, Judicial Watch's Director of Investigations and Research, said the agencies' non-response combined with years of gaslighting of injured government employees "could reveal a coordinated effort to conceal the facts of directed energy weapon attacks."

Farrell also made clear that Gabbard doesn't need the courts.

"DNI Gabbard and the White House have the discretionary authority to release the records immediately without waiting for litigation."

Biden Told These People They Were Crazy – Gabbard Has 32 Days to Prove He Lied

The first known Havana Syndrome victim – a retired CIA officer identified only as "Adam" – recently told the New York Post that government investigators have been contacting him seeking names of officials allegedly tied to the concealment.

"I've heard Tulsi's report is done," he said.

Done and still locked away, while the men and women it vindicates receive their TBI treatments at Walter Reed.

There's a pattern here that conservatives know well. Agent Orange. Gulf War Syndrome. Burn pit exposure. Every time, American soldiers and intelligence officers report what's happening to them. Every time, institutions deny, delay, and gaslight them until political pressure forces the truth out.

The CIA told Havana Syndrome victims they were imagining Russian microwave weapons – while secretly purchasing one from a Russian criminal network.

This is what the deep state does when it believes no one is watching.

Gabbard is watching. The question now is whether 32 days is enough time to make sure the American people can watch too – before the agencies bury this report the same way they buried every victim who reported symptoms.

Judicial Watch will keep suing. But a lawsuit takes years.

You already paid for that report with your taxes. Biden's CIA buried it. And the same bureaucrats who lied to those officers are still in those buildings right now, counting down the days until Gabbard is gone.
