Joe Biden pardoned Hunter to protect himself

President Joe Biden and his administration lied to the public for months about a pardon not being on the table for Hunter Biden. 

Hunter received one of the most sweeping Presidential pardons in history. 

The President pardoned him for any federal crime committed over an 11-year period dating back to January 1, 2014. 

2014 was the year that Hunter joined the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma. 

The media’s attention was on the hypocrisy of the pardon after Biden lied about it. 

But the President’s son will now avoid any criminal charges for when he was running an influence peddling scheme with shady foreign businesses. 

Trump lawyer Alina Habba predicted that Hunter Biden’s pardon was just the beginning for the President during an appearance on Newsmax’s Carl Higbie Frontline. 

“Here’s the critical part, Carl,” Habba said. “They didn’t just pardon him; they pardoned him for 11 years of activity. That, in effect, hides the ability for them to look at what Joe did during that time. And we know that there’s evidence there. We know, we’ve seen checks. We know, we’ve seen references to the ‘big man.’”

IRS whistleblowers on the Hunter Biden tax crimes case revealed that higher-ups in the IRS and the Justice Department prevented them from taking investigative steps that could have led to Joe Biden. 

Hunter’s pardon takes the main part of the puzzle off the board in the Biden crime family’s influence peddling scheme.

Habba revealed that Hunter Biden’s pardon would protect the President. 

“So, really what he did was not just pardon Hunter, he hid his own actions and that’s really critical,” Habba explained. “Never mind the fact that they lied to the American people up to the election. And then after the election was over did exactly what I’ve been saying they’re going to do. And by the way, mark my words, this ain’t it. There will be other family members pardoned, too.”

She predicted that Biden would pardon himself before he leaves office. 

“[Biden] made it for things that may or may not have already been charged,” Habba said. “That’s why this is the broadest we’ve ever seen it. I am telling you; we will have more transparency when we see who else he pardons and why, and I have zero doubt that he will probably pardon himself.”

The Nixon Justice Department claimed the President didn’t have the power to pardon himself because no one can be the judge in their own case. 

“This is unchartered territory, for sure,” Habba stated. “But actually, I do believe the President has the ability to do [pardon himself], in my opinion. The President and this is not a Joe Biden thing, all Presidents have an absolute right to pardon themselves. President Trump at the time said, I’m not doing that because I’ve done nothing that warrants it and actually didn’t pardon himself. … Again, I’m telling you, I think he can. And I think he will pardon himself.”
