Low-energy Jeb Bush went below the belt with this potshot on Trump

Jeb Bush is still recovering from his embarrassing performance in the 2016 campaign.

Like Hillary Clinton, Jeb just can’t come to grips with the fact that he lost to Donald Trump.

But Bush went below the belt with his latest attack on our president.

Jeb Bush was speaking at the Ivy League Yale University when he went unhinged.

The Yale Daily News reports:

Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush’s psychiatrist wants him to move past the 2016 presidential election.

“I’m not going to talk about the 2016 election,” Bush joked on Tuesday in a talk sponsored by the The William F. Buckley, Jr. Program at Yale. “I’m still in therapy.”

But that didn’t stop him from taking shots at President Donald Trump, his opponent in the 2016 Republican presidential primary. At one point, Bush described the current president as “Republican in basically name only.” And earlier in his speech, Bush said that after the 2016 Republican primary in South Carolina, he returned home to children who “actually love me.” His comment was met with raucous laughter from the crowd, and several audience members interviewed after the event said they interpreted Bush’s comment as a jab at Trump.

Donald Trump, Jr. and Eric Trump responded to Bush on Twitter to defend their father.

Jeb Bush was the early frontrunner in the 2016 Republican primary until Donald Trump landed the “low energy” deathblow.

Trump saved us from the national media’s dream matchup of Bush vs. Clinton.

That would have inevitably ended in disaster for Americans.

Well ,It’s comforting to know that little Jeb’s children, and his mommy and daddy, and his big brother all just love him to pieces, and think he should be in the Oval O ffice now, instead of that Noo Yawk interloper, but the rest of the Country, not so much.

Did anyone expect decency from a bush, especially jebbie?

Donald Trump ran on the republican ticket its true, but the only thing I am interested in is what he does,I don’t care much about the Republican or Democratic leadership, they both have failed this country and its people, they both spend money like a bunch of drunken sailors, and have very little common sense and no godly wisdom, this bunch of misfits should all be replaced from both parties if you ask me,as far as the Bushes are concerned,we have seen enough of them for one life time,I like having someone other than a politician in charge of the country, maybe we should make it a habit.

    RINO Jeb is projecting again.

  5. Ron Ceyba says:

Mr.(emphasis) Jeb Bush. Obviously, you and Hillary believed that the Bush and Clintons were heir apparent(s) to the presidency. Neither you nor her were qualified to lead. You joke that you’re still in therapy. I suggest that you continue and return home to your mom and your children who you acclaim that they still love you. Quite frankly, you were always viewed as a wimp and puppet of the establishment. It’s time for you to go away and take Hillary with you.

Who would have voted for another Bush after GW brought the entire world to economic collapse? If he was the RC candidate we all would be saluting Hitlary right now.

  7. Bob says:

Hillary Bush having his period again. Quit your crying and do something constructive. Just another Soros puppet like his brother and daddy.

I can handle the politics but wine snobs are the worst! I love chardonnay so leave my ass alone!

  9. JLM says:

So the Beest drank chardonnay–the wine for the majority of people who don’t know one wine from another and yuppies from poor backgrounds. [Although some chardonnay drinkers do know their wines and can tell one chardonnay from another, it still has been the trendy wine in recent years for those who do not know how to select a wine.] To change a line spoken by Connery/007 in the movie “From Russia with Love” a while after a supposed colleague has ordered wine with fish reveals himself as an enemy agent: ‘I should known when you ordered red wine with fish.’

Jeb Bush, the wanna be (whaaaawhaaaawhaaaa). George W. Bush, silent during Obama, can’t keep his mouth shut under Trump – sad decline into liberalism. George H.W. Bush, expected him to be like Reagan – but wasn’t. Just a globalist in disguise.

    Bushes – just go away!

  11. David in MA says:

I am surprised the Bush family lets this guy wander around loose.

  12. Jeb Bush? Wasn’t he some failed Presidential Candidate (twice)? Why is he even speaking? All the Bush family should just shut the hell up and go away!

He’s bent out of shape because he wasn’t included in the “family plan”. To bad Jeb.

You know when you are in politics, you must face the fact that someday someone is going to come along with a idea that a lot of folks like better than yours. In politics you run to serve and get beat.

  16. Joseph says:

It’s not Trump’s fault his momma isn’t proud of him!

  17. Mead Carlson says:

Does anybody really care about Jeb Bush? He neds to shut up and go away. He lost. Why is it that the losers are such soreheads? Look at McCain, Romney, Hillary, Kasich, andothers.

    • Brenda Hartford says:

      Yep. Liberal and Rino losers…….

    • Bill Wilson says:

People such as Jeb Bush and others of his ilk must be made to understand why Trump gave them a butt-whupping in the 2016 presidential primaries is because we, the people, were and are fed up with limp-wristed, wishy-washy, wimpy politicians who are afraid they might say or do something that will offend somebody. Hell, the only reason any person in a leadership position that hasn’t pissed-off somebody is because they have done nothing. So, Jeb, if you ever expect to be anything more than a has-been, you better grow a set. You might use Donald Trump as a role model – he is large and in charge.

    • Jeanette says:

What do we have here a male Hillary. Jeb Bush would have not made a good president he is not an extravert. He only does well when surrounded by people who agree with him.

  18. Floyd Hall says:

Who cares what Jeb says or does. He has become irrelevant.

  19. ernaldo says:

I voted yes, go away……However, no skin off my nose if jebbie keeps digging that hole (grave) for his political career….

  20. MarkOwen says:

El Hebbay sure is a whiner just like
Hillary. “Spent a lot of time walking in the woods and drank a lot of Chardonnay”. Well good for you Ms. Pantsuit now go back into the woods and take Jebbe with you.

  21. Rolland Hamm says:

Jeb Bush has shown he lacks wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. His pride governs his actions and he thinks he knows. He does not know why Republicans along with some democrats and independents elected Trump. Jeb Bush spent $130 million to beat Trump. He got 4% of the votes.

  22. Jan13 says:

    I’ll try again,
Yes , Jeb just go away and take Hillary with you.

  23. I used to respect the two previous Bush Pres. , but they forgot the people.
    Jeb is a kook.
Give the Dems & Goo never Trumper hell Mr. Trump.

  24. Vern says:

Jeb was not a good candidate at all. I think he was childish and apparently has not grown up since he lost. Still crying. I’m now ashamed to say I supported both Bushes, not for their time in the WH but for their actions since. They did everything they could to bring down Trump and that would have meant hrc as POTUS, you can’t get much lower than that. GW was and is one of the greatest supporters of the military we have ever had BUT Trump is way ahead of him.

  25. I LOVE what Donald Jr. wrote. Soo true! Laughed too!

  26. Jon says:

Jeb is a total ass and the only people who like him is his children .

  27. Tom Martin says:

A typical Bush – stupid and weak. Never earned an honest dollar in their life. Even his grandfather was a crook. Lyndon and the Bush’s were all dirty Texas politicians.

  28. NavyDoc says:

I wholeheartedly agree Mike! What I found out L8R about “W,” absolutely made me sick & after 8 long yrs. of the usurper in chief, our former Resident well…enough said!
Glad that DJT is our POTUS! He done a fine job.
As I’ve said in other posts, I wasn’t too happy at first when he signed the “Omnibus” but I now realize POTUS has the ability to do a lot more than a regular spending bill from Congress!
When was the last time Congress put forth a decent “budget?” Been that long hasn’t it?
Anywho…Barry Soetoro left our Military in a shambles & we needed to fix that & figure out a way to get the wall because there wasn’t gonna be a wall if the dimwits had ANY say in it Right? Well, you can agree or disagree or agree to disagree, it doesn’t matter to me! I’m a vet of the first Gulf War & by golly we, WE finally have someone in the WH that has got some BALLS! So far, our POTUS has done a damned GR8 job!
    #MADE AMERICA GR8 ALREADY!

  29. JLM says:

Jebbie is the one republican in name only–in other words, a rinocrat.

  30. Jim says:

President Trump is proving to be a very fair President by angering both the Dem’s and Rep’s in his moves! Up until recently, President Trump had made pretty good moves as President. But, this latest signing of the funding Bill that had zero dollars for the building of The Wall is unacceptable!!!

  31. Mike says:

Heaven forbid that we ever see another Bush in the WH.
GWB fooled me, along with millions of others, into believing he was a conservative. The entire Bush family are globalist along with a vast majority of republicans and democrats.

So all the Bushes should shut up and stay away. I don’t have a use for any of them!!
