Finally one Governor is standing up to Black Lives Matter with a move Democrats will hate

Black Lives Matter is wreaking havoc across America.

And there are few brave enough to stand up against them.

But finally one Governor is standing up to them with a move Democrats will hate.

While the recent wave of Black Lives Matter violence began in Minneapolis, Minnesota, it has spread across the country.

Some of the worst violence has been in Atlanta, Georgia, where a police officer killed Rayshard Brooks after he resisted arrest and fired a taser at officers.

In response, Black Lives Matter extremists burnt down the Wendy’s parking lot he was killed at.

And because of the violence, city officials chose to appease rioters and charge the officer who shot Brooks with murder, with the possibility of him facing the death penalty.

Because of this, many police officers in Atlanta aren’t showing up to work, resulting in violence exploding in the city.

Most disturbingly, an eight-year-old girl was shot dead during the violence over the weekend.

In response, George Governor Brian Kemp isn’t putting up with it anymore.

He just announced a state of emergency, and is deploying 1,000 National Guard troops to Atlanta to resume order.

“Peaceful protests were hijacked by criminals with a dangerous, destructive agenda,” the governor stated Monday according to Business Insider. “Now, innocent Georgians are being targeted, shot, and left for dead.”

“This lawlessness must be stopped and order restored in our capital city,” he said. “Enough with the tough talk.”

Even Atlanta’s Mayor, Keisha Lance Bottoms seems to realize that things have gone too far.

“This discussion, this mediation, and . . . it’s over. At a point where an 8-year-old baby is killed, the discussions have ended,” Bottoms said.

This sort of strong leadership is what Americans have been looking for in response to increasing violence.

People are left defenseless against mobs, like in St. Louis, MO where a couple was forced to take up arms against a mob of Black Lives Matter extremists storming onto their private property.

This happened just weeks after former Police Captain David Dorn was killed in St. Louis.

Dorn was left on the pavement to die, while police were ill-equipped to stand up against such a mob.

Unless bold action, like that from Kemp, is taken more, violence will continue.
