Donald Trump sent one message to Ron DeSantis that will lead to total chaos
Donald Trump is the first declared 2024 Presidential candidate.
It is rumored that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis will enter the race in the coming months.
And now Donald Trump sent one message to Ron DeSantis that will lead to total chaos.
When Donald Trump declared his candidacy for re-election, he thought he was the frontrunner for the nomination.
But in the wake of the Midterm elections – where some conservatives blamed Trump for the poor showing – many on the Right rethought their 2024 decision.
DeSantis romped to a 19-point re-election victory, turning Florida ruby Red and winning 57 percent of the Hispanic vote by campaigning as an unapologetic conservative who fought the Left and won on COVID and the culture war.
After the election, polls began to show DeSantis leading Trump in a hypothetical 2024 GOP primary matchup.
The Hill reports:
Several recent polls have shown DeSantis beating Trump in hypothetical match-ups. One poll from Yahoo News-YouGov released last month showed DeSantis ahead of Trump, 47 to 42 percent, among registered voters.
A separate poll from Vanderbilt University also from December showed DeSantis receiving 54 percent among registered Republicans compared to 41 percent for Trump.
Other polls showed DeSantis leading Joe Biden while Trump trailed Biden in a potential rematch.

Trump took on the question about running against DeSantis in 2024 in an interview with Real America’s Voice host David Brody.
In response to Brody’s question, Trump said he would run against DeSantis the same way he runs against everyone else.
“So you know, now I hear he might want to run against me. So we’ll handle that the way I handle things,” Trump told Brody.
Trump and DeSantis are the two most popular Republicans in the Party.
Both support a similar conservative agenda.
Trump and DeSantis running against each other would force a showdown between the GOP’s past, present, and future.
Many conservatives support both Trump and DeSantis.
But in such a contest they would be forced to pick a side.
