Donald Trump could win this key swing state for a reason that will leave Democrats speechless
The 2020 Presidential Election is looking like it will come down to just a handful of states.
Now Democrats got some bad news in one of the biggest battlegrounds.
And Donald Trump could win this key swing state for a reason that will leave Democrats speechless.
The 2020 election may very well come down to Pennsylvania.
Whichever candidate carries the Keystone State is likely to win the election.
Democrats are trying to flip the state blue through a vote-by-mail scheme that Trump supporters argue is an open invitation to fraud.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court closed the door on one avenue for Democrats to count unsecured ballots by ordering election officials to throw out mail-in ballots that arrived without “inner secrecy envelopes.”
The Philadelphia Inquirer reports:
The state Supreme Court in Pennsylvania, a critical battleground state that’s seen as increasingly likely to determine who wins the White House, last week ordered officials to throw out “naked ballots” — mail ballots that arrive without inner “secrecy envelopes.” Pennsylvania uses a two-envelope mail ballot system: A completed ballot goes into a “secrecy envelope” that has no identifying information, and then into a larger mailing envelope that the voter signs.
It’s unclear how many naked ballots there will be, because this is the first year any Pennsylvania voter can vote by mail, and most counties counted them in the June primary without tracking how many there were.
Donald Trump won Pennsylvania by 44,000 votes in 2016 and now Democrats put themselves in a situation where some experts think up to 100,000 mail-in votes may be disqualified.
Democrats spent months peddling panic porn about the coronavirus to scare Americans about voting in person because the Left thought vote-by-mail schemes would allow them to flood key swing states with ballots from voters who otherwise might not turn out.
But instead, it looks like the Democrats may have blundered themselves into a catastrophe that could cost them the election.
