Joe Biden may be the President.

But due to his cognitive decline, there are doubts he’s actually the one calling the shots.

And now Donald Trump broke the big news about who is secretly running the country.

The Hur report ripped the scab off the discussion in the media about President Joe Biden’s cognitive decline.

Special Counsel Robert Hur said Biden was in such mental disrepair that he couldn’t stand trial for criminal charges of stealing classified documents.

At a rally in South Carolina, former President Donald Trump addressed the fact that Biden’s own government thinks he’s too mentally enfeebled to face trial.

Which many believe leads to the next natural question of how if that is the case, can Biden be competent enough to run the government.

Trump told the crowd Biden was nothing more than a figurehead and that former President Barack Obama was really the man behind the curtain pulling the strings.

“I don’t think he knows what the hell he’s doing anyways. I always say by the people who surround him or sometimes I’ll interchange, I’ll say, Barack Hussein Obama. But every time I say that the fake news. Oh, that’s a lot of fake news back there…Every time I say it. Anytime I want to have a little fun, governor. We have fun. Even though the country’s going to hell, we have to have a little bit of fun. But every time I interchange Barack Hussein…remember Rush Limbaugh, he’d go, Barack Hussein Obama. I wonder what he was getting at. But every time I do interchanging, we do a little interchanging. They say he doesn’t know who the President is. He thinks it’s Barack Obama. I say no, no, but I think Barack Obama has a lot to do with the running of the country right now, and we can’t let that happen. He has a lot to do with it,” Trump concluded.

Trump’s theory sounded a lot like an arrangement Obama proposed during a November 2020 interview with left-wing late-night host Stephen Colbert.

When Colbert asked him about serving a third term, Obama said he would only do so if he could communicate through a frontman who would do all the work while he called the plays.

“I said this before. People would ask me, ‘Knowing what you know now, do you wish you had a third term?’ And I used to say, ‘You know what? If I could make an arrangement where I had a stand-in, a front man or front woman, and they had an earpiece in and I was just in my basement in my sweats looking through the stuff, and then I could sort of deliver the lines, but somebody else was doing all the talking and ceremony, I’d be fine with that,’” Obama said to Colbert.

Many Americans have watched Joe Biden wander aimlessly around trying to find his way off a stage, claim he talked to long-dead foreign leaders, and fall into vegetative states during interviews and public events.

Those images do not give off the impression that Biden is a highly competent leader in charge of his administration.
