All hell broke loose when this Never-Trump Senator said these six words about Donald Trump

There are still elements of the Republican Party that refused to accept Donald Trump as President.

Since the election, their voices only grew louder.

And all hell broke loose when this Never-Trump Senator said these six words about Donald Trump.

Nebraska Senator Ben Sasse likes to present himself as the thinking man’s conservative.

What that means is Sasse never fights for any values conservatives support and instead spends his time preening in the press as a Trump critic.

Before the election, Sasse leaked a call with constituents where he savaged Trump’s conduct as President in anticipation of Joe Biden winning an historic landslide.

When that didn’t happen and evidence emerged the election was stolen, Sasse slinked back into the shadows.

Sasse crawled back out into the spotlight to do what he does best – turn the volume up to 11 with statements attacking President Trump.

The target of Sasse’s performance art disgust was the President undoing the injustice of the Robert Mueller witch hunt by pardoning Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, and George Papadopoulos.

The Nebraska Senator called the pardons “rotten to the core.”

Sasse wrote:

U.S. Senator Ben Sasse released the following statement after President Trump exercised his constitutional power to issue pardons to another tranche of felons like Manafort and Stone who flagrantly and repeatedly violated the law and harmed Americans.

‘This is rotten to the core.’

Of course, Sasse never once commented on the documented evidence of the Obama administration and the FBI scheming to frame the Trump campaign for colluding with the Russians and using that fabricated allegation to stage a coup to remove President Trump from office.
