Conservatives are trying to figure out what’s going on.

Donald Trump has the Republican Party nomination all sewn up.

But Nikki Haley made one promise that left Donald Trump red with rage.

Donald Trump Posts Landslide Victory over Haley in South Carolina Primary

Former President Donald Trump racked up a clean sweep of the early voting contests of Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada, and South Carolina with another dominant win over establishment RINO Nikki Haley.

Republicans in her home state repudiated Haley with Trump’s 60 to 40% route of her in the South Carolina Primary.

Trump also took 44 of the 50 delegates at stake in the state extending his lead over Haley.

Exit Polls Contain no Silver Lining for Haley

The exit polls showed that this is Donald Trump’s Republican Party and that Nikki Haley’s pleas to return the GOP to the days of Mitt Romney and John McCain fell on deaf ears.

Trump promised the largest deportation operation in American history.

Haley told a crowd of supporters in New Hampshire that she supported unlimited immigration into the United States.

Exit polls showed that 66 percent of South Carolina voters agreed with Trump and wanted to see illegal aliens rounded up and deported.

Another key policy difference is on Ukraine.

Trump opposes new money for securing Ukraine’s border and pledged to end the Ukraine-Russia war upon taking office.

Instead of policing the world, Trump believes the government should focus on problems at home like securing the southern border.

Haley demanded Congress rubberstamp a blank check for President Joe Biden to fight another forever war in Ukraine.

Exit polls again showed Republicans sided with Trump.

47 percent of Republicans want to see the U.S. play a less active role on the world stage and just 32 percent buy into Haley’s warmed-over Mitt Romney-style foreign policy.

Nikki Haley Refuses to Accept Reality and Drop out of the GOP Primary

Haley suffered her fourth straight blowout defeat.

Her campaign can’t even point to one state on the map they can win.

And yet despite getting 39.5 percent of the vote in her home state, Haley vowed to stay in the race.

“I want to thank the people of South Carolina for using the power of your voice,” Haley said after her defeat. “No matter the results, I love the people of our state.”

“America will come apart if we make the wrong choice. We need to beat Joe Biden in November. I don’t believe Donald Trump can beat Joe Biden,” Haley continued.

“I said earlier this week that no matter what happens in South Carolina, I would continue to run for President,” Haley added. “I’m a woman of my word.”

Haley staying in the race helps Joe Biden.

If Haley dropped out of the race, the Republican National Committee could declare Trump the party’s presumptive nominee and form a joint fundraising committee to help him close the money gap with Joe Biden.

Haley remaining in the race means Trump will have to win the 1,215 delegates necessary to clinch the nomination and officially end the Primary.

The only person who benefits in this scenario is Joe Biden.
