The mess keeps getting deeper for Democrat Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.

She’s feeling the heat after the latest bombshell revelation.

And Fani Willis could end up in jail because of this phone call.

Democrat Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is facing disqualification from her case against former President Donald Trump for contesting the 2020 Election over a conflict of interest by hiring her lover, Nathan Wade, as a special prosecutor.

Willis and Wade both testified that their relationship didn’t begin until 2022, which was after she hired him to work on the Trump case.

Willis also testified that Wade never spent the night at her house.

But cell phone data obtained by Donald Trump’s lawyers showed that Wade visited Willis’ neighborhood 35 times.

In a motion to the court, defense lawyers wrote that “on September 11, 2021, Mr. Wade’s phone left the Doraville area and arrived within the geofence located on the Dogwood address at 10:45 P.M. The phone remained there until September 12 at 3:28 A.M. at which time the phone traveled directly to towers located in East Cobb…”

“November 29, 2021, Mr. Wade’s phone was pinging on the East Cobb towers near his residence and, following a call from Ms. Willis at 11:32 P.M., while the call continued, his phone left the East Cobb area just after midnight and arrived within the geofence located on the Dogwood address at 12:43 A.M. on November 30, 2021. The phone remained there until 4:55 A.M.,” the motion continued.

Defense lawyers also called into question Willis and Wade’s claim that the affair began in 2022 by citing “over 2000 voice calls and just under 12,000 text messages” between them in 2021 with a “prevalence of calls made in the evening hours.”

Critics contend the evidence points in the direction that Willis and Wade didn’t tell the truth when they were on the witness stand.

The decision for Judge Scott McAfee to disqualify Willis from this case seems like a slam dunk at this point.

And by the looks of the evidence, she would be lucky if all she escapes this scandal with is getting disqualified from the case.

Defense lawyers presented evidence in court that alleges Willis perjured herself on the witness stand.

And that could result in criminal charges.
