JD Vance Called Out Who Was Funding His Attackers And Told Them To Go To Hell

Time magazine just exposed a foreign funded campaign paying conservative influencers to attack Trump's Iran deal.
JD Vance read that report and refused to let the attack go unanswered.
What Vance said next about the people bankrolling his enemies is already ripping through Washington.
Israel Paid A Trump Insider Millions To Turn The Base Against The Deal
Vance sat down with Joe Rogan this week for a three hour conversation.
The topic that lit him up wasn't Iran.
It was Time's bombshell report on Brad Parscale, the digital strategist who once ran Trump's presidential campaign.
Parscale's firm, Clock Tower X, was brought on last September by the ad agency Havas, working on behalf of Israel's government, according to FARA filings Time reviewed.
The assignment called for 100 pieces of content a month, most of it aimed at young conservatives on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
Reported payment for the work varies by outlet, running from roughly $1.5 million a month up to a total contract value some put as high as $45 million.
A senior US official told Time the online reaction looked coordinated rather than organic, pointing to a wave of MAGA-aligned posts trashing the Iran ceasefire that read almost word for word alike.
Some of the influencers circulated the same clip of Qatar's prime minister appearing to brush off Vance during a trip to Israel, treating it as evidence the region no longer took Trump's team seriously.
Others shared an Israeli op-ed arguing Trump had blown his shot at being remembered as a great president.
Vance didn't mince words about what he found.

"It lists a bunch of people who have quite literally been paid by a former Trump campaign person who was himself paid by certain elements within the Israeli government," Vance told Rogan.
"And those people are attacking me viciously for quite literally trying to accomplish the negotiation objective that the president set for the country."
Rogan asked how the attacks were landing.
Vance said it was social media posts and leaks to reporters, accusing him of taking orders from Qatar and even from Tucker Carlson.
"There's just so much bullshit out there," Vance said.
His actual job, he said, was finishing what Trump asked him to finish – a deal that keeps Iran from getting a nuclear weapon and reopens the flow of oil and gas.
Vance Draws A Hard Line Between Allies And Interference
Vance was careful not to torch the entire US-Israel relationship over this.
He compared Israel to France or the UK, an ally America will sometimes agree with and sometimes clash with.
But he wasn't backing off the core accusation.
"I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that there have been people within the Israeli government who are trying to, like, actually shift us away from that policy because they want to continue the military campaign," Vance said.
Not toward any specific goal, he added – just to keep the war going indefinitely.
Vance also shut down the idea that Trump himself was pressured or blackmailed into striking Iran, saying he was in the room and Trump made that call alone.

Parscale has denied that any Israeli funds went directly to influencers, and denied trying to undermine Trump's policy in any way.
But the FARA paperwork is what it is, and Vance wasn't about to pretend he hadn't seen it.
His response, in his own words, was simple: go to hell.
"I'm going to do what I have to do for the American people," Vance said. "I represent Americans first."
The FARA Precedent Vance Just Put Back In Play
This is what America First actually looks like when the pressure is real.

A foreign government can lobby, disagree, even fund PR campaigns – Vance said himself that's just the nature of the game every country plays.
What he won't tolerate is a paid operation quietly working to keep American troops and American diplomacy locked into somebody else's war, indefinitely, using a former Trump campaign manager as the delivery system.
This isn't the first time a foreign-funded operation has tried to hijack American voices online.

In 2024, federal prosecutors charged a Russian-linked scheme that funneled cash through a Tennessee front company to conservative influencers, some of whom claimed they never knew where the money came from.
FARA dates back to 1938, when it was written to expose Nazi propaganda operations working to shape American opinion.
Vance just did what the law was designed to make possible – he named the arrangement, in public, and dared anyone to defend it.
