Donald Trump breathed a sigh of relief over this Supreme Court bombshell

The Democrat party is waging war on President Trump in court.

It’s a repeat of the lawfare Trump faced in the 2024 campaign.

And Donald Trump breathed a sigh of relief over this Supreme Court bombshell.

Radical Democrat judges are issuing nationwide injunctions at a break-neck pace, reducing Donald Trump to a ceremonial President and vesting all executive authority in the more than 600 district courts scattered across America.

One of the most obscene and dangerous power grabs by an outlaw judge was when Obama loyalist James Boasberg decreed he was the final authority on U.S. foreign policy by issuing a nationwide injunction blocking President Trump for deporting terrorist illegal alien gang members under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act.

The Alien Enemies Act allows for expedited removal of foreigners from countries that have launched invasions or predatory incursions, as well as declared war on the United States.

The President deciding if a country invaded the United States or not is what is known as a political question and one outside the realm of the judiciary.

Boasberg stepped in to seize unlimited power to direct the ability of the United States government to conduct foreign affairs.

President Trump is filing appeals left and right to lift nationwide injunctions issued by Boasberg and other members of the cabal of left-wing activist judges.

George Washington Law School Professor Jonathan Turley predicted the President would ultimately prevail and that the Supreme Court would end the practice of single district court judges setting policy for the entire nation.

“I think there’s a legitimate complaint here. It’s like having a car where every passenger is pressing the emergency break,” Turley began.

Turley said it was impossible for the government to function when any one of the more than 600 district court judges could simply decide national policy for themselves, a practice that even liberal Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan spoke out against.

“It’s pretty hard to drive that car. And what you have here are judges that are imposing national injunctions which the Supreme Court, including liberal justices like Justice [Elena] Kagan have objected to. She said ‘this is madness’ that you have all of these trial judges who are imposing national injunctions,” Turley stated.

Turley said the situation is so dire that Congress is even set to vote on legislation to end the practice of nationwide injunctions, a step available to them since the Constitution grants Congress the power to create lower courts and determine their jurisdiction.

“Congress is looking at legislation to curtail the ability of lower court judges to do precisely that. I think there’s merit to that, I think that the Trump administration is likely to win,” Turley added.

Turley also predicted ultimate victory on the merits of the matter because the Supreme Court would eventually rule that lawless judges like Boasberg way overstepped their bounds and strayed into the President’s Article II authority with nationwide injunctions that put judges in charges of federal spending, executive branch hiring, military readiness, among other issues.

“I also think the Trump administration is likely to prevail in most of these cases. I think that federal judges have overextended themselves, they have intruded into areas of Article II, which is presidential authority,” Turley concluded.
