Alvin Bragg is looking for any reason to jail Donald Trump as part of his election interference scheme.

He may have struck gold.

Now Alvin Bragg could jail Donald Trump because of these ten words.

Judge Merchan’s unconstitutional gag order serves as a trip wire against Trump

This case against former President Donald Trump is inherently political.

Even though juries are treated as sacrosanct, the only reason a potential juror would say they can’t be fair and balanced in this trial is because they hold strong feelings of dislike towards him.

The gag order Joe Biden donor and Democrat Judge Juan Merchan precludes Trump from even talking about this reality even though Democrats would use a rigged jury’s guilty verdict to claim he is unfit to be President.

After day two of jury selection, Trump shared a quote on Truth Social from Jesse Watters of Fox News who explained there was zero chance he could get a fair trial because “they are catching undercover liberal activists lying to the judge.”

Watters was referring to a viral clip of a potential juror who got dismissed telling reporters she believed she could have acted impartially even though she suffered from a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome and admitted she held strong feelings about his Supreme Court picks overturning Roe v. Wade and had deep opposition to his policies.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg already asked Judge Merchan to fine Trump for violating the gag order when he responded to Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen’s attacks in the press.

In his filing, he requested that Judge Merchan put Trump in jail for 30 days if he violates the gag order a second time.

And now Bragg could use Trump sharing a quote for Jesse Watters as his excuse to fulfill the Democrat Party’s wish of jailing Trump.

A Trump juror disqualifies themselves

The jury is a fraught topic in this trial.

Day three of jury selection kicked off with a bombshell as juror #2 – an oncology nurse who lived on the Upper East Side of Manhattan – who told Judge Merchan that “after sleeping on it overnight, she had concerns about her ability to be fair and impartial in this case.”

Merchan brought her in for questioning where she revealed her family and friends began alerting her to the stories on the internet that discussed her identity which she said left her unable to fulfill her oath.

“Yesterday, alone, I had friends, colleagues and family push things to my phone regarding questioning my identity as a juror,” the juror told the judge. “I don’t believe, at this point, that I can be fair and unbiased and let the outside influences not affect my thinking in the courtroom.”
