Trump Just Confirmed The Fate of Haitian Killer Biden Released Regardless of Outcome His Murder Case

Rolbert Joachin Got Temporary Protected Status From Biden After a Judge Ordered Him Deported
Rolbert Joachin entered the United States illegally in August 2022.
That same year, a federal immigration judge issued a final order of removal against him.
Biden's DHS ignored it.
Instead of deporting Joachin, the Biden administration handed him Temporary Protected Status – legal cover that expired in 2024 and that he ignored.
He stayed long enough to plan a murder.
According to police, Joachin confessed that he deliberately wore clothes Yasmin would recognize from two days earlier, then destroyed her car with a hammer to force her outside.
When she came out, he hit her in the head.
She fell.
He hit her six more times.
"This illegal alien barbarically hit this woman in the head multiple times with a hammer," said DHS Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis. "This heinous murderer was released into the country by the Biden administration. Not only did the Biden administration release him into the country, but they then gave him temporary protected status. Their reckless immigration policies cost this woman her life."
The Same Biden Immigration Policy That Protected Him Is Now Before the Supreme Court
Joachin is not an isolated failure in an otherwise sound system.
He is the system.
Biden used Temporary Protected Status as a mass parole program – handing out deportation shields to hundreds of thousands of people whose removal orders meant nothing.
The Trump administration moved to end Haiti's TPS in November 2025.
A Biden-appointed federal judge in Washington blocked it in February, calling Kristi Noem's decision likely motivated by "racial animus."
Courts have kept approximately 350,000 Haitian TPS holders in the country while the case grinds toward the Supreme Court.
Oral arguments are scheduled for April 29.
While judges deliberate over process and paperwork, Yasmin's two daughters have no mother.
Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier said exactly what needs to be said: "This horrific murder was preventable. Even as Florida arrests hundreds of criminal aliens every day, four years of Biden's open-border policies continue to wreak havoc on our communities."

This Is Laken Riley's America and It Keeps Happening
Yasmin is not the first American woman killed because Biden chose politics over deportation.
Laken Riley was jogging in Georgia in February 2024 when Jose Ibarra – caught and released by Biden at the border in 2022 – murdered her.
Ibarra had multiple arrests after entering the country.
Biden's DHS gave him work authorization anyway.
The pattern from Biden's four years is not complicated.
Catch the illegal alien.
Release the illegal alien.
Ignore the deportation order.
Give him a work permit and a legal shield.
Pray nothing happens.
Something keeps happening.
ICE has placed a detainer on Joachin and DHS confirmed he will be deported regardless of the outcome of his murder case.
That is the right call – four years too late.
The judges blocking Trump's TPS termination order should be required to explain that to Yasmin's daughters.
They won't.
But the Supreme Court has a chance to shut this down for good on April 29 – and Trump's America should be watching.
