Tom Homan took the gloves off this judge who tried to stop mass deportations

Democrats found a new ally in their crusade to overturn the results of the 2024 election.

They are radical activists embedded inside the judiciary.

And Tom Homan took the gloves off this judge who tried to stop mass deportations.

D.C. District Court Judge James Boasberg created a constitutional crisis by asserting his power over the President in foreign policy and even air traffic control.

President Trump invoked the 1798 Alien Enemies Act which gives him the right to extradite removal of aliens from countries who have launched invasions or predatory incursions of America.

This allowed President Trump to deport nearly 300 members of the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, which President Trump previously declared a terrorist organization.

Boasberg even went so far as to declare that he wanted planes turned around midair and return the terrorist gang members to American soil.

The Supreme Court upheld the President’s power to deport aliens under this law even in peace time in 1948 Supreme Court case called Ludecke v. Watkins, where the court said it was lawful for the President to deport a German national even though the war had ended years prior.

Boasberg also claimed the power to cancel a deal where the President of El Salvador agreed to house illegal aliens deported from the United States.

Critics saw this as a stunning abuse of power and utterly lawless ruling by Trump-hating partisans.

Fox & Friends host Lawrence Jones asked Border Czar Tom Homan about Boasberg’s attempt to relegate Trump to a lesser status of President in name only.

“It doesn’t look like you’re getting support from the Democrats on this,” Jones began. “You’re going against the judges now. What’s next?”

Homan declared it was all gas and no breaks on mass deportations.

“Another flight. Another flight every day. The teams are going to be out there every day. Every day the men and women of ICE are going to be in the neighborhoods of this nation arresting criminal, illegal, alien, public safety threats and national security threats,” Homan stated.

Homan said the American people elected Donald Trump to deport millions of illegal aliens and some power mad activist wasn’t going to get in the way.

“Lawrence, you’re not going to stop us. We made a promise to the American people. President Trump has made a promise to the American people. We’re going to make this country safe again. I wake up every morning loving my job because I work for the greatest president in the history of my life and we’re going to make this country great again,” Homan continued.

Homan concluded with a word of warning to illegal aliens who think that some lawless judge would give them sanctuary in America.

“I’m proud to be a part of this administration. We’re not stopping. I don’t care what the judges think. I don’t care what the left thinks. We’re coming,” Homan concluded.
