Tim Walz gave Kamala Harris buyer’s remorse by making this humiliating blunder
Tim Walz won’t go down as one of the more inspired Vice-Presidential picks in American history.
From the second Kamala Harris selected him, Americans could tell something was off with him.
And now Tim Walz gave Kamala Harris buyer’s remorse by making this humiliating blunder.
Tim Walz defends his support for socialism
Vice President Kamala Harris picked Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her running mate because her campaign was based on “vibes.”
The campaign figured that if Kamala picked an old white guy from the Midwest it would give off the “vibe” of her balancing out the ticket with a moderate hailing from Middle America.
Right from the start that plan imploded.
Walz’s strange behavior gave off the wrong kind of vibe.

But even worse than Walz’s behavior were his policy positions.
He caused problems right off the bat during the campaign’s racist “White Dudes for Harris” livestream where he defended socialism as something neighborly.
“One person’s socialism is another person’s neighborliness,” Walz stated.
Walz grilled on support for socialism
Tim Walz showed up on Fox News Sunday for his second interview with host Shannon Bream.
This go-round went just as disastrously as the first.
“Did you mean to advocate for that here in the U.S.?” Bream asked Walz about his claim being a socialist meant being a good neighbor.
Walz didn’t denounce socialism.
Instead, he embraced the concept.
“Republicans oftentimes talk about socialism, and what I would make the case of is we build our roads collectively together,” Walz stated. “I don’t think anybody’s arguing that you should have to build your own road from your house to your business place or whatever. So I said this definition that the Right uses about these things that we collectively do together.”
Walz then tried to claim he was a capitalist while expressing support for the tenets of socialism.
“I believe in moral capitalism. I believe capitalism works and lifts everyone up, but I also believe you have to make sure there’s things we collectively do together,” Walz continued.
In the debate with U.S. Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH), Walz claimed being a “knucklehead” is why he lied about so many aspects of his biography.
Bream pressed Walz if his support for socialism was a “knucklehead thing.”
He didn’t back down and doubled down on his support for embracing the term socialism.
“Look, the point being is, is Donald Trump says that this is a socialist or Marxist government,” Walz added. “Kamala Harris is actually doing just the opposite [of] that — creating a free economy that works and people can grow into the middle class.”
Kamala Harris could have picked someone like Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro as her running mate to try and lock down that all-important battleground.
Instead, she let the pro-Hamas wing of the party veto the Shapiro selection.
Now, she’s stuck with Tim Walz.
