Steve Bannon warned conservatives that President Trump and his supporters are facing a legal crisis.
Bannon told host Eric Bolling that the Democrat Party was waging total war on Donald Trump and that the lawfare Trump currently endures – lawless district court judges issuing nationwide injunctions creating judicial tyranny in America – were part of a larger plot to impeach and ultimately arrest President Trump.
“We are kidding ourselves if we don’t think that Democrats are pulling all the stops out to stop President Trump from taking the House through any means necessary to impeach Trump,” Bannon stated.
Bannon railed against Obama activist James Boasberg – who issued a nationwide injunction blocking President Trump from deporting illegal alien terrorists – for winding up with his fourth lawsuit against the Trump administration.
In what is surely no coincidence, Boasberg now will oversee a left-wing group’s lawsuit to force the Trump officials on the Signal group chat discussing Houthi air strikes to preserve all records which Democrats can subpoena if they win the House in 2026 and use as the basis for impeachment proceedings.
President Trump also slammed this rigged system where the most anti-Trump judges in America somehow wound up with all the lawsuits against his administration.
“How disgraceful is it that “Judge” James Boasberg has just been given a fourth “Trump Case,” something which is, statistically, IMPOSSIBLE. There is no way for a Republican, especially a TRUMP REPUBLICAN, to win before him,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
Trump reminded the public that these judicial assignments were supposed to be random yet somehow the same Democrat judge kept getting key cases.
Is there still such a thing as the “wheel,” where the Judges are chosen fairly, and at random?
“The good news is that it probably doesn’t matter, because it is virtually impossible for me to get an Honest Ruling in D.C. Our Nation’s Courts are broken, with New York and D.C. being the most preeminent of all in their Corruption and Radicalism. There must be an immediate investigation of this Rigged System, before it is too late!” Trump added.
Bannon went on to warn Bolling and Trump supporters that the Democrats haven’t given up on lawfare as evidenced by these court cases.
The point of these lawsuits was to lay the foundation that President Trump acted in a lawless manner so a President Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez – if she wins in 2028 – can arrest and jail Trump.
“And God forbid we don’t win in ’28, President Trump is going to prison,” he continued.
“And people are sitting around – still with the glow of November 4th and all the inaugurations and all the balls. We’re at war and things that’ve happened in the last 72 hours, if you don’t understand we’re in political warfare, you’re not awake,” Bannon concluded.
