Karine Jean-Pierre’s time as White House press secretary is winding down.

For many Americans, that time can’t come soon enough.

And Karine Jean-Pierre just got the shocking news about who is taking her job.

Donald Trump names his White House press secretary

Trump legal spokeswoman Alina Habba announced on social media she was pulling herself out of the running to be Donald Trump’s White House press secretary.

“While I am flattered by the support and speculation, the role of Press Secretary is not a role I am considering,” Habba wrote on social media. “Although I love screaming from a podium I will be better served in other capacities. This administration is going to be epic! So proud of the Trump team, the latest appointments and 47!”

Habba’s post made it clear that an announcement of who Trump would pick to be the second most visible public face of the administration – Trump will always be number one – was imminent.

The prognosticators were right as one day after Habba said she was no longer a candidate, Trump announced that campaign spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt would serve as White House press secretary.

“Today, the 45th and 47th President of the United States Donald J. Trump announced that Karoline Leavitt will serve as White House Press Secretary,” a statement from the Trump Transition Team announcing the selection read. “Karoline was the Trump Campaign National Press Secretary and previously served in the Trump White House as Assistant Press Secretary.”

Trump praised the job Leavitt did on the campaign communicating his message and fighting back against the media’s lies.

“Karoline Leavitt did a phenomenal job as the National Press Secretary on my Historic Campaign, and I am pleased to announce she will serve as White House Press Secretary. Karoline is smart, tough, and has proven to be a highly effective communicator. I have the utmost confidence she will excel at the podium, and help deliver our message to the American People as we Make America Great Again,” Trump declared.

An upgrade at the podium

For the last nearly four years, Americans suffered through press secretaries Jen Psaki and Karine Jean-Pierre gaslighting them and waging war on the Constitution.

Psaki used her position behind the briefing room podium to call for censorship even going so far as to say Spotify should censor Joe Rogan’s podcast because Rogan correctly asked questions about the COVID vaccine.

Jean-Pierre misled the American people about Joe Biden’s cognitive decline.

Before the June 27 debate between Biden and Trump, Jean-Pierre ordered the media to call videos going viral on social media of Biden wandering aimlessly around and acting senile “cheap fakes.”

Biden made Jean-Pierre look like a fool with his performance in the debate where his malfunctioning brain barely allowed him to function.

Tens of millions of Americans are looking forward to a new voice leading the press briefings as a breath of fresh air.
