In his first term, Donald Trump was the first President in 40 years not to start any new wars.

Americans re-elected Trump to make peace once again.

And now Donald Trump held one phone call that could prevent World War 3.

Russia invaded Ukraine in 2022 thanks to a combination of Joe Biden’s blunders.

Biden’s incompetently executed withdrawal from Afghanistan showed Russian President Vladimir Putin that Biden was senile and ripe to be taken advantage of.

And Biden resurrected the idea of Ukraine eventually joining NATO, which Putin made clear in speeches going back 15 years that he considered a red line. 

Over the course of nearly three years, Biden upped the ante by repeatedly escalating the war against Russia.

One of Biden’s final acts in office was to authorize the Ukrainians to fire American missiles deep into Russian territory.

Ukrainians can’t operate the targeting systems on the ATACM missile systems, so this decision put the United States in the position of having American forces participate in attacks on Russian soil.

The situation grew so dire that Biden told a crowd at a New York City fundraiser in the fall of 2022 that the world was the closest it’s been to nuclear Armageddon at any point since the Cuban Missile Crisis.

Donald Trump campaigned on ending the war.

Kamala Harris ran on continuing the Biden policy of forever war in Ukraine funded by U.S. taxpayers.

Trump’s victory represented a mandate to pursue peace.

And Trump set about to make good on that trust from the American people.

Unlike Joe Biden and the other warmongers in D.C., Trump engaged in direct negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The two spoke for several hours on the phone and Trump reported that the United States and Russia agreed on a ceasefire in targeting energy infrastructure, which was the first step on talks towards a complete ceasefire.

“My phone conversation today with President Putin of Russia was a very good and productive one. We agreed to an immediate Ceasefire on all Energy and Infrastructure, with an understanding that we will be working quickly to have a Complete Ceasefire and, ultimately, an END to this very horrible War between Russia and Ukraine,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

Trump said that both Russia and Ukraine would like to see this war end and that he was committed to bringing about that outcome.

“This War would have never started if I were President! Many elements of a Contract for Peace were discussed, including the fact that thousands of soldiers are being killed, and both President Putin and President Zelenskyy would like to see it end. That process is now in full force and effect, and we will, hopefully, for the sake of Humanity, get the job done!” Trump concluded.

Warmongers in both parties want to see the war drag on and are rooting for Trump’s failure in peace negotiations.

But the American people are clearly tired of funding his war which is why they elected Donald Trump to end it so as to prevent World War 3.
