Alvin Bragg put Donald Trump on trial seven months before the general election.

But it’s not just Trump on trial.

And Donald Trump destroyed Alvin Bragg with one ugly reality check.

Bragg threatens the rule of law and democracy with his election interference scheme

Democrat Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg kept his 2021 campaign promise by inventing criminal charges to indict former President Donald Trump on.

Trump walked into day one of his show trial with guns blazing ripping Bragg for running a scam persecution that is nothing more than an “assault on America’[s]” electoral system as Democrats don’t believe President Joe Biden can defeat him without a jury full of Democrats handing down a guilty a verdict in a rigged trial.

“This is an assault on America! Nothing like this has ever happened before. There’s never been anything like it. Every legal scholar says this case is nonsense and never should have been brought. There has never been anything like this. There is no case… People that don’t necessarily like Donald Trump say that it is an outrage this case was brought,” Trump declared.

“This is political persecution, a persecution like never before. Nobody has ever seen anything like it. And again it is a case that should have never been brought. It is an assault on America. And that; ‘s why I’m very proud to be here. This is an assault on our country. It’s a country that’s failing. It’s a country that’s run by an incompetent man very much involved in this case. This is really an attack on a political opponent. That’s all it is. So I’m very honored to be here, thank you very much,” Trump added.

Bragg is seeking 134 years in prison for essentially arguing that Donald Trump mislabeled an entry into his checkbook.

He’s also attacking the legitimacy of the 2016 Election by falsely claiming Trump committed a campaign finance crime when his former attorney Michael Cohen paid Stormy Daniels a nondisclosure agreement settlement in October 2016.

Trump doubles down

Not only is Bragg interfering in the election simply by bringing made-up charges against the Republican nominee for President, but he’s also colluding with fellow Democrat Judge Juan Merchan to limit Trump’s political speech.

On day one, Bragg filed a motion to hold him in contempt for violating Merchan’s gag order over posts he made on Truth Social attacking Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels.

Trump pointed out that it was ridiculous that they could attack him in a media interview and use the case to tell Americans not to vote for him based on these charges but that he risked fines and imprisonment if he responded.

“This conflicted, Trump Hating Judge won’t let me respond to people that are on TV lying and spewing hate all day long. He is running rough shod over my lawyers and legal team. The New York System of ‘Justice’ is being decimated by critics from all over the World. I want to speak, or at least be able to respond. Election Interference! RIGGED, UNCONSTITUTIONAL TRIAL! Take off the Gag Order!!!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
