"So what I think I hear you saying is there is still an opportunity for indictments, potential prosecutions, accountability from those people who may have lied under oath, like John Brennan, James Comey, and perhaps Hillary Clinton," Bartiromo pressed.
Ratcliffe didn’t hesitate with his response: "Well, that’s why I’ve made the referrals that I have."¹
The implications couldn’t be clearer. After four years of Biden’s Department of Justice protecting the criminals who tried to destroy Trump’s first presidency, real accountability is finally on the horizon.
The classified evidence that will destroy the Russia hoax architects
Ratcliffe revealed that smoking gun evidence is about to be declassified that will expose the full scope of the conspiracy against Trump.
The CIA Director explained that while some details about how Brennan, Comey, and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper pushed the discredited Steele dossier have already emerged, the most damaging intelligence is still under wraps.
"But what hasn’t come out yet, and what’s going to come out, is the underlying intelligence that I have spent the last few months making recommendations about final declassification and sent that to the Department of Justice that will come out in the John Durham report, Classified Annex," Ratcliffe stated.²
This classified annex contains intelligence that Ratcliffe says proves the Russia collusion narrative wasn’t just Hillary Clinton’s dirty trick – it was actively amplified by corrupt FBI officials.
"What that intelligence shows, Maria, is that part of this was a Hillary Clinton plan, but part of it was an FBI plan to be an accelerant to that fake Steele Dossier, to those fake Russia collusion claims by pouring oil on the fire, by amplifying the lie and bearing the truth of what Hillary Clinton was up to," he explained.³
The evidence apparently shows that FBI officials weren’t just incompetent dupes who fell for Clinton’s lies – they were active participants in spreading the hoax they knew was fabricated.
Statute of limitations won’t save the Deep State criminals
Democrats and their media allies have been desperately claiming that the statute of limitations has expired for most of the Russia hoax crimes.
But Ratcliffe systematically destroyed that talking point by laying out the timeline of when these conspirators lied under oath to Congress and federal investigators.
"John Brennan testified to John Durham in August of 2020. He also testified to the House Oversight Committee in 2022. Hillary Clinton testified before John Durham under oath in 2022. James Comey testified before the Senate committee in September, 2020," Ratcliffe detailed.⁴
All of that testimony occurred within the past five years, meaning perjury charges are absolutely on the table.
Even more devastating for the conspirators, Ratcliffe indicated their sworn testimony "is frankly, completely inconsistent with what our underlying intelligence that is about to be declassified in the Durham Annex" reveals.⁵
The overwhelming evidence and contradictory testimony indicate they lied under oath, and Ratcliffe has the receipts to prove it.
Tulsi Gabbard’s evidence creates an unstoppable momentum for justice
Ratcliffe’s bombshell comes on the heels of Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard’s explosive criminal referral against Obama administration officials.
On July 18, Gabbard revealed what she called "overwhelming evidence" that Barack Obama and his national security team "manufactured and politicized intelligence to lay the groundwork for what was essentially a years-long coup against President Trump."⁶
Gabbard has already referred this evidence to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution, and the DOJ has confirmed they received her referral.⁷
The former Hawaii congresswoman didn’t mince words about what she uncovered: "The information we are releasing today clearly shows there was a treasonous conspiracy in 2016 committed by officials at the highest level of our government."⁸
With both Ratcliffe and Gabbard making criminal referrals backed by classified intelligence, the momentum toward actual prosecutions has become unstoppable.
Attorney General Pam Bondi creates strike force to prosecute the conspirators

This isn’t the same corrupted Department of Justice that spent four years protecting Biden and persecuting Trump. This is a DOJ led by patriots who understand that accountability is essential to restoring faith in American institutions.
Ratcliffe emphasized that this pursuit of justice isn’t about political revenge – it’s about preventing future coups against democratically elected presidents.
"Donald Trump’s election by the American people was a statement, Maria. They said to everyone: We know what you did to Donald Trump, and we re-elected him because we know this was all fake, we know it was a hoax, now we want to understand how you did it so that it can’t happen again," he explained.¹⁰
The Deep State’s desperate damage control reveals their panic
The reaction from Obama administration officials and their media allies reveals just how terrified they are of real accountability.
Former Obama CIA Director John Brennan appeared on MSNBC claiming he hasn’t been contacted by law enforcement, while simultaneously trying to dismiss Gabbard’s evidence as "patently false and unfounded."¹¹
Obama’s office released a statement calling the allegations "bizarre" and "a weak attempt at distraction."¹²
But their protests ring hollow when faced with over 100 declassified documents and classified intelligence that contradicts their sworn testimony.
The Deep State operatives who thought they were untouchable are about to learn that nobody is above the law in Trump’s America.
For four years, the American people watched as the real criminals walked free while an innocent president faced persecution.
