Alvin Bragg suffered another setback in his sham trial of Donald Trump.

He’s yet to present any evidence Donald Trump committed a crime and one of his closest allies is losing patience.

And Alvin Bragg got called out by the last person he ever expected.

Alvin Bragg puts Stormy Daniels on the stand

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg called Stormy Daniels to the witness stand.

Within moments it was obvious the only purpose of this stunt was to publicly humiliate former President Trump.

Daniels had nothing of value to testify about the alleged falsified business records that are at the heart of this case.

Instead, Bragg had her on the stand to describe her alleged 2006 affair with Trump.

Daniels testified that when she met Trump at his hotel suite he was “wearing silk or satin pajamas that I immediately made fun of him for.”

“I said, ‘Does Mr. Hefner know you stole his pajamas,’” Daniels added.

Daniels then testified how she saw Trump on the bed before they allegedly had sex.

“When I exited, he was up on the bed, like this,” Daniels testified while trying to demonstrate to the jury the pose she saw Trump by reclining her knees.

Daniels claimed she met a man in a hotel room and was surprised he thought they would have sex.

“At first it was just startled, like a jump scare. I wasn’t expecting someone to be there, minus a lot of clothing,” Daniels added.

“I thought, ‘Oh my God,’ what did I misread to get here?” Daniels added. “Because the intention was pretty clear. Somebody stripped down in their underwear and posed on the bed, waiting for you.”

Daniels then described what Trump said to her.

“I thought we were getting somewhere, we’re talking. I thought you were serious about what you wanted. If you ever want to get out of that trailer park — I was offended because I never lived in a trailer park,” Daniels continued.

Daniels also told the jurors that Trump didn’t wear a condom when they allegedly had sex.

And Daniels also claimed he told her that he and Melania were sleeping in different rooms.

This was all too much for Judge Juan Merchan, the Joe Biden donor presiding over this case who sided with Bragg at every turn, admonished prosecutors for their line of questioning,

“The degree of detail that we’re going into here is just unnecessary,” Merchan stated.

Media not happy

Bragg’s allies in the media weren’t happy with putting Daniels on the stand.

The New York Times reporter Jonah Bromwich openly questioned why Daniels testified in the first place as she added nothing of value.

“Daniels has left the courtroom. Her testimony was tense and interesting — and it’s hard to know what the jury will make of it. We noted earlier today that we weren’t exactly sure why prosecutors had called her, and I’m still not sure I know the answer. She testified about the sex at the heart of the deal, which, again, Trump denies. But her demeanor — her rushed testimony, and the judge eventually chastising her — may not land well with jurors. And the defense hasn’t even started questioning her yet,” Bromwich posted.

Trump-hating journalist Maggie Haberman observed that jurors looked uncomfortable during Daniels’ testimony.

“The jurors, who have listened closely to past witnesses and looked back and forth between witnesses and prosecutors as they’ve asked questions, have appeared to be less focused on Daniels during her testimony. Some are looking down, some are looking away. Again, impossible to know what it means, but it’s something different,” Haberman stated.

Democrats don’t just want to convict Donald Trump.

They want to personally embarrass him and destroy his reputation, and his businesses, and take away his fortune.

Every civil and criminal case was launched with those goals in mind.

Putting Stormy Daniels on the stand was done in service of that larger mission.
