Alina Habba is one of Donald Trump’s most prominent attorneys.

But now she’s out.

And Alina Habba got removed from a Trump case and you’ll be speechless when you find out why.

Habba no longer representing Trump CFO Allen Weisselberg

Trump Organization Chief Financial Officer Allen Weisselberg filed a notice with Democrat Judge Arthur Engoron that attorney Alina Habba is no longer representing him and that she’s been replaced by Armen Morian.

“IT IS HEREBY CONSENTED THAT MORIAN Law PLLC, 60 East 42nd Street, Suite 4600, New York, NY 10165, be substituted as counsel of record for Defendant, Allen Weisselberg, in place and stead of Habba Madaio & Associates LLP, 112 West 34th St, 17th & 18th Floors, New York, NY 10120,” the notice read.

The only people in New York City it seems like Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is keen to prosecute are connected to the Trump Organization.

Weisselberg – who is 76 years old – already spent five months in Riker’s Island after agreeing to a plea deal in a case against the Trump Organization where Bragg turned his compensation into a crime.

Now he’s facing another five months in prison as part of a plea deal for perjury during his testimony in Democrat Attorney General Letitia James’ politically-motivated civil fraud suit against former President Donald Trump that saw Engoron – a partisan Democrat himself – hit him with a nearly half-billion-dollar judgment.

Habba told Newsweek there was no animus between her and Weisselberg and called him a “dear friend.”

Habba’s role as Trump’s attorney

Habba took on a leading role in defending Donald Trump both in the courtroom and in the media from the politically-motivated bogus lawsuit James filed against him as well as the other hoaxes Democrat prosecutors are using to try and put him in jail.

When an appeals court reduced the bond that Trump had to pay from the $464 million set by Engoron to $175 million, Habba taunted James on Jesse Watters’ Fox News show.

“So, what happened today, was that Letitia had to eat every single tweet she has posted since the day the twisted order from Judge Engoron came out with the ridiculous number with the disgusting injustice on the American people, not just Donald Trump,” Habba declared.

She predicted that on appeal, the courts eventually would throw out the judgment entirely since it was a sham case where no one lost any money and bank executives testified they wanted to do more business with Trump.

“I hope she took a little piece of humble pie today because that’s what was served to her,” Habba added. “Just a little, but we’ll be … serving a lot more of that in the next couple of years.”

Habba may be off the Weisselberg case.

But expect to see more of her in cable news as Alvin Bragg’s trial of Trump – which is an attack on the rule of law and a threat to democracy – gets underway.
