A top Democrat was utterly humiliated after losing this fight with Border Czar Tom Homan

Democrats are always itching for a fight with “Border Czar” Tom Homan.
They’re learning the hard way that’s a bad idea.
And a top Democrat was utterly humiliated after losing this fight with “Border Czar” Tom Homan.
Chicago Democrat complains about gang member being arrested outside of a school
Chicago has become a hotbed of resistance from Democrats against any attempts to arrest and deport illegal aliens in the city.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested an illegal alien on the South Side of Chicago near a school after he dropped off his kids.
Representative Chuy Garcia (D-IL) represents a heavily Hispanic House district in the Chicago area.
He was furious that ICE arrested the illegal alien from Mexico near a school.
“In my district, ICE ambushed a parent while dropping off their child at school. No family should have to fear being torn apart in a safe place meant for learning,” Garcia wrote on X.
Garcia touted legislation he supported in Congress that would prevent ICE from making arrests near schools, hospitals, and places of worship.
Two schools near where the arrest happened told parents that students would be able to deal with the “stressful and upsetting” nature of the event through “Community Wellness Protocols.”
Chicago alderman Byron Sigcho Lopez led a rally outside the Chicago Public Schools headquarters denouncing the raid.
“When parents are being grabbed from our schools, we must ask, what is Chicago Public Schools doing to protect our children?” Lopez ranted.
Chicago Teachers Union official Hilario Dominguez used the arrest to attack President Donald Trump.
“His children watched as their daddy was put in handcuffs by agents carrying out the orders of a tyrant President,” Dominguez ranted.
Chicago Democrats overlooked the fact that ICE arrested a known gang member with multiple arrests.
Democrats want criminals roaming the streets
ICE agents arrested 37-year-old Francisco Andrade-Berrera, an illegal alien from Mexico, outside of the South Side school.
Andrade-Berrera had been deported twice from the country.
He had been arrested for narcotics trafficking, property damage, and gang loitering.
Andrade-Berrera pled guilty to buying five ounces of cocaine in 2023 with an intent to distribute.
A judge gave him three years of supervised probation for the incident on top of the two weeks he was held in jail after he was arrested.
“Andrade is a known member of a violent street gang with criminal convictions for drug trafficking, gang loitering, and damage to property who was previously removed from the U.S. to his home country in 2005 and 2013,” ICE said in a statement.
Former Riverside, Illinois police chief Tom Weitzel said that Chicago Democrats were fearmongering over the incident.
“They’re going to put out anything that benefits their agenda, benefits their narrative, or benefits their political agenda,” Weitzel explained. “So they just look at this as a President Trump initiative to just go around the country and just scoop people off the sidewalks and out of our schools. And that isn’t the case.”
“There hasn’t been one single case in the United States where ICE has gone into a school and removed somebody forcibly from the school,” Weitzel added. “That is completely false.”
Chicago Democrats would rather have a violent gang member roaming the streets of the city than have him deported.
