Democrats are finding themselves on defense.

It’s not where they want to be heading into the 2024 Election.

And a top Democrat is about to end up in court over this ugly scandal.

Tony Bobulinski sues Democrat Congressman Dan Goldman for defamation

Former Hunter Biden business associate Tony Bobulinski’s lawyers informed Representative Dan Goldman (D-NY) that he was suing him for defamation.

“Your statement, as though it were a matter of fact, that Mr. Bobulinski has lied to federal investigators and Congress, is defamatory per se and will not be tolerated,” the letter from Bobulinski’s lawyers to Goldman read.

At issue was a March 21, 2024, tweet from Goldman about Bobulinski’s testimony before Congress.

Goldman falsely claimed that Bobulinski used a lawyer paid for by former President Donald Trump’s campaign.

Democrats pushed this falsehood to discredit his testimony which detailed his account of criminal and corrupt activities on the part of President Joe Biden.

Bobulinski knew this line of attack was coming as he warned in his testimony that Democrats would launch false personal attacks to distract from the damning information he would provide the committee.

“Rep. Dan Goldman and Jamie Raskin, both lawyers and Mr. Goldman, a former prosecutor with the SDNY from New York, will continue to lie today in this hearing and then go straight to the media to tell more lies,” Bobulinski said.”

Not Bobulinski’s first defamation suit

Bobulinski also filed a $30 million defamation suit against Fox News after Democrat co-host of The Five Jessica Tarlov also falsely claimed the Trump campaign paid for his legal representation.

Tarlov tried to clarify her comments.

“I would like to clarify a comment I made yesterday during our discussion of Tony Bobulinski’s appearance at the Congressional hearing. During an exchange with my colleagues about the hearing I said that Mr. Bobulinski’s lawyers’ fees have been paid by a Trump super PAC as recently as January. What was actually said during the hearing was that the law firm representing Mr. Bobulinski was paid by a Trump PAC. I have seen no indication those payments were made in connection with Mr. Bobulinski’s legal fees and he denies that they were,” Tarlov told viewers.

Conservatives learn to make the Left live under their own rules

Over the last decade, Democrats weaponized defamation law filing suits against InfoWars host Alex Jones, Donald Trump, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, and Fox News.

They won over two billion dollars in judgments.

Tony Bobulinski’s suit after Tarlov and Goldman’s comments about him is an attempt to make the Left live under their own rules.
