Steve Baker Just Dropped J6 Video the FBI Never Wanted You to See

The law firm that got paid $1,800 an hour to bury this story just made a rookie mistake.
Now Baker is free — fired by The Blaze, clear of corporate media, and sitting on hours of video the FBI never released.
Steve Baker has been waiting five years to show America what happens next.
How the J6 Pipe Bomb Cover-Up Silenced Steve Baker
Clare Locke is the most feared defamation firm in the country.
They forced Fox News into a $787.5 million settlement over Dominion Voting Systems.
They've killed stories at the New York Times, the Washington Post, and Vanity Fair.
When they send a demand letter, media companies fold.
The Blaze folded.
Baker didn't.
Clare Locke's letter, sent to The Blaze, Baker, and co-investigator Joe Hanneman, claimed that Baker's forensic analysis was "factually flawed" because CIA employee and former Capitol Police officer Shauni Kerkhoff "did not have a 'slight limp'" from a 2015 soccer injury – and that she had "fully recovered" and "run multiple marathons."
Baker's response this week was surgical.
He already has hours of Capitol CCTV footage – from January 5 and 6, 2021 – showing Kerkhoff's distinctive walking pattern while on duty as a Capitol Police officer.
He has footage from her soccer career.
And what Clare Locke called "no limp," Baker calls a "circumduction gait" – a specific, medically recognized walking abnormality in which the leg swings outward in a wide arc during stride.
The same unusual gait the J6 pipe bomber displays throughout the entire 44-minute surveillance video of the bombing night.
The Shauni Kerkhoff Evidence Clare Locke Tried to Bury
Here's where it gets explosive.
Baker had already captured extensive photos of Kerkhoff competing in marathon events – pulled from deep web scrapes before her online history was scrubbed.
That matters because of something Marshall Yates told him.
Yates – until recently the Congressional Liaison to the FBI – was in Rep. Thomas Massie's office reviewing footage of the J6 pipe bomber when he stopped the tape.
He looked at Baker and said: "We need to be looking for a marathon runner."
Why?
Because the bomber's movement through Washington displayed physical characteristics specific to distance runners – traits visible to anyone who knows what to look for on surveillance video.
Kerkhoff ran the 2018 Boston Marathon in 3 hours, 34 minutes.
Clare Locke cited her marathon running to prove she had no limp.
Baker says it proves she matches the exact profile Yates flagged years before anyone named her.
The law firm handed him ammunition and called it a denial.

Kerkhoff Failed the FBI Polygraph — Then They Arrested Someone Else
While lawyers were drafting demand letters, federal court filings were quietly confirming what Baker had reported from the beginning.
On November 6, 2025 – two days before Baker's story even published – the FBI sat Kerkhoff down and polygraphed her.
She was asked two questions directly: "Did you place those pipe bombs?" and "Did you place those pipe bombs that evening?"
She failed both.
The FBI's own examiner documented her "very controlled reaction to the news of her failing the polygraph and seemingly rehearsed responses to the examiner's questions."
The very next day, the bureau formally opened an investigative file on her.
They surveilled her for the entire month of November without her knowledge.
They interviewed her boyfriend, her neighbors, her dog walker.
They subpoenaed her electronic accounts and requested her CIA employment records.
Then six weeks later, they arrested someone else.
Brian Cole Jr. – a 30-year-old autistic man from Woodbridge, Virginia – confessed after a lengthy interrogation, no attorney present.
He has since pleaded not guilty.
His lawyers have told a federal judge they intend to argue at trial that Kerkhoff – not their client – placed the bombs.
Dan Bongino Threatened Reporters Covering the Pipe Bomb Suspect
Then-FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino went on the record calling Baker's November reporting "grossly inaccurate."
He never mentioned the polygraph Kerkhoff had already failed under FBI questioning.
He also called Rep. Thomas Massie directly – and according to Massie, threatened to personally finance civil defamation lawsuits against reporters covering the story, adding that "those depositions aren't going to be fun for the people involved."
A sitting FBI Deputy Director was threatening to bankroll suits against journalists investigating a case his own bureau was actively running.
When court filings this month unsealed the polygraph detail, Massie went public.
"Six days after she failed the FBI lie detector, you told me on the phone you would finance civil defamation cases on her behalf," Massie posted on X.
"That's very inappropriate for an FBI DD."
Bongino's response was to label Massie "a liar, a grifter and a fraud" – across multiple posts over multiple days.
Baker and Hanneman Release J6 Capitol Police Video the FBI Withheld
The Blaze retracted Baker's original story in December under legal threat.
Baker was fired in early April.
None of it stopped him.
"Joe and I launch our new endeavor on Monday," Baker wrote this week, "free of corporate media censorship – where we'll finally be able to tell the whole story and show you the videos the FBI never wanted you to see."

Kerkhoff was subpoenaed in the Cole case on April 1, 2026 – the same day court filings confirmed she had failed the FBI polygraph.
The FBI formally closed its investigation of Kerkhoff on January 6, 2026 – five years to the day after the bombs were planted – one month after arresting Cole instead.
The bureau polygraphed a CIA employee, watched her for a month, pulled her records, and questioned everyone in her orbit – then shut the file and put a different man in handcuffs.
That's not an investigation.
That's a cover-up.
And Baker has the videos to prove it.
