President Trump wasn’t happy with the coverage he saw from Fox News Channel’s Jacqui Heinrich.
Heinrich – along with Peter Doocy – serves as Fox News White House correspondent.
But unlike Doocy, Heinrich seems to chase after the applause from her colleagues in the pro-Democrat Party media.
President Trump took note of Heinrich filling in as host for Fox News Sunday and ripped Heinrich for looking like she was auditioning for the anchor chair at fake news CNN.
“I watched Jacqui Heinrich from Fox over the weekend and I thought she was absolutely terrible. She should be working for CNN, not Fox,” President Trump posted on Truth Social.
Trump also ripped Heinrich for supporting the left-wing cabal at the White House Correspondents’ Association, an openly hostile clique of leftist media organizations that declared war on the Trump administration.
“Not surprisingly, I later found out that she’s a fan of the White House Correspondents Association!” Trump exclaimed.
What set President Trump off was Heinrich berating Ohio Senator Bernie Moreno for purchasing a Tesla on the White House lawn as a show of support for Elon Musk as Musk’s company faces a wave of left-wing domestic terrorism.
“Sir, there was basically a display at the White House there. He surveyed some cars. It was happening as, you know, Americans’ 401(k) accounts were facing some struggles because of this tariff war happening right now,” Heinrich asked. “Was that an appropriate thing for the president to do there? Was it sensitive to the moment that we are in buying a car, using the White House as a — as a backdrop for that?”
Leftist militias are firebombing Teslas at dealerships and even set up a website revealing the personal information and addresses of Tesla owners so terrorist cells can target them.
According to Heinrich, the problem wasn’t a collection of left-wing jihadists engaging in acts of terrorism against an American company, it was the President defending that company from extremist violence.
Trump also referenced Heinrich’s fight with White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.
Leavitt sought to democratize the White House press pool that covers the President’s every word and action by announcing the White House press team would pick the poolers.
Previously, the clique of liberal journalists at the White House Correspondents’ Association chose the pool members.
This meant the coverage of the President was filtered through the lens of pro-Democrat activists.
Fox News is the token center right organization of the White House Correspondents’ Association Board and Heinrich dutifully defended her allies in the left-wing White House Correspondents’ Association.
“This move does not give the power back to the people – it gives power to the White House. The WHCA is democratically elected by the full-time White House press corps. WHCA has determined pools for decades because only representatives FROM our outlets can determine resources all those outlets have – such as staffing – in order to get the President’s message out to the largest possible audience, no matter the day or hour,” Heinrich posted on social media.
From defending the leftist White House Correspondents’ Association to falsely accusing President Trump of corruption, Heinrich’s coverage leaves a lot to be desired.
