One damning picture of Mitch McConnell could end his career
Senator Mitch McConnell has been a thorn in the side of Donald Trump and conservatives since day one.
But now McConnell is facing serious questions about his ability to continue on as a Senator.
And one damning picture of Mitch McConnell could end his career.
Questions grow about McConnell’s health
Mitch McConnell (R-KY) fell at a Republican Senate conference lunch and required medical attention.
“Leader McConnell tripped following lunch. He sustained a minor cut to the face and sprained his wrist. He has been cleared to resume his schedule,” a McConnell spokesman told reporters.
The establishment tried to play this spill off like it was no big deal.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
Emily Jashinsky, one of the hosts of Undercurrents TV, said this fall caused her to share a picture she and journalist Ryan Grim took of McConnell at Ronald Reagan Airport in D.C. shortly after the election.
The picture showed an aide pushing a wheelchair bound McConnell through the terminal since he was physically unable to walk to his flight.
After McConnell’s fall yesterday, @ryangrim and I thought it was fair to share this photo we got from DCA the day after the election. Not a bombshell, but evidence the senator is struggling with age beyond what’s being projected publicly. pic.twitter.com/kIUmWmD8KL

McConnell also suffered at least one episode in recent years, where his brain froze and he was unable to function.

Why McConnell is sticking around
The 82-year-old McConnell is clearly not physically up to the job.
McConnell has two years left on his term, and in an interview with reporters, McConnell made it clear that he’s only sticking around to sabotage Donald Trump’s plan to fulfill his electoral mandate to end the wars in Ukraine and Gaza.
In his comments, McConnell slandered Trump by comparing him to the 1930s isolationists that ignored Nazi Germany.
“We’re in a very, very dangerous world right now, reminiscent of before world war two. “Even the slogan is the same. ‘America First.’ That was what they said in the ’30s,” McConnell added.
McConnell also attacked Trump and Vice President-elect J.D. Vance for supposedly being naïve over their opposition to more funding for Ukraine.
“To most American voters, I think the simple answer is, ‘Let’s stay out of it.’ That was the argument made in the ’30s and that just won’t work,” McConnell added. “Thanks to Reagan, we know what does work — not just saying peace through strength, but demonstrating it.”
McConnell stated matter of factly that he found Donald Trump to be the equivalent of Kamala Harris on foreign policy.
“No matter who got elected president, I think it was going to require significant pushback, yeah, and I intend to be one of the pushers,” McConnell continued.
And McConnell left no doubt that one reason he stuck around the Senate despite his infirmities was to ensure Congress rubber-stamped a blank check to escalate the war in Ukraine no matter how close that pushes the envelope towards nuclear war.
“We’ve got two democratic allies fighting for their lives. I don’t think we ought to micromanage what they think is necessary to win,” McConnell stated.
Joe Biden was mentally incapable of carrying out his duties as President.
Mitch McConnell appears physically incapable.
But unlike Biden, McConnell will gut this out because his number one priority is defending the swamp’s policy of endless war, especially if it means undermining Donald Trump’s Presidency.
