Megyn Kelly rips CNN’s Kaitlan Collins for claiming the network is fair

Former Fox News host Megyn Kelly about lost it with CNN’s Kaitlan Collins.

What set off Kelly was Collins’ response to a question from comedian Bill Maher about Late Show host Stephen Colbert’s audience laughing at Collins when he suggested CNN was a straight news network.

Collins claimed CNN was fair and cited her growing up in Alabama as evidence she could accurately cover both parties.

“I feel like I can speak with authority on this,” Collins began.

“I’m from Alabama, I’m from a very red state, I have a very conservative family, a lot of them who are Trump voters, they watch my show every night, and they know that they can trust me, that we call bulls**t on every side,” Collins added.

Kelly about blew a gasket hearing this.

She said that Collins’ – who hosts the lowest-rated primetime show on cable news – biggest problem wasn’t that she was in the tank for the Left, but that she had no personality.

“I will submit to the record, her biggest sin is not that she is biased, though she is. It’s that she’s boring. She’s extremely boring with no personality,” Kelly told listeners.

Kelly mocked Collins’ for never smiling and looking like a “cold-hearted b**ch.”

“I have a pro tip for her: Smile. Try smiling. Try not to be in your delivery like such a cold-hearted b**ch all the time, because it gives people nothing to bond to,” Kelly stated.

Kelly also took issue with the idea that Collins was a star when she could only draw a small niche audience.

“I’m sorry, but she’s only a star with the leftists,” Kelly continued.

Why alternative media is thriving

Cable TV is a dying business as Americans cut the cord and move to streaming.

Americans no longer need big legacy media outlets like CNN to tell them what to think.

Megyn Kelly is thriving on YouTube – her channel reached the billion view mark and generates more views than CBS or NBC’s channel – while CNN is a dying outlet that sees its audience shrinking.

“That is why alternative media … have done so well, because people are sick of this s**t,” Kelly continued.

Collins is part of a cabal of CNN hosts that constantly “fact check” former President Donald Trump while ignoring stories about how President Joe Biden vanished after dropping out of the race and no one is quite sure who is running the country.

Americans know CNN is propaganda – that’s why Colbert’s Democrat audience laughed at the idea of CNN being a straight news network – and are tuning out in droves.

“They can’t stand being force-fed this nonsense by these mainstream media outlets,” Kelly said.
