Liz Cheney made her political mission in life keeping Donald Trump out of the White House.

Donald Trump winning on November 5 was just the start of the bad news.

And Liz Cheney suffered one humiliating reality check that left Donald Trump jumping for joy.

Ever since Liz Cheney lost her primary to a Trump-backed challenger in 2022, the media kept trying to make Liz Cheney happen.

Left-wing networks would book Cheney at every opportunity to spew her hatred for Donald Trump in an attempt to elevate her in the hopes she could peel off Republican voters.

Then Cheney endorsed Kamala Harris.

The press played this up as a pivotal moment.

Kamala Harris then made the fateful decision to pal around with Cheney across the battleground states.

That proved to be a disastrous decision.

Cheney and Kamala Harris’ first battleground trip even took place in Ripon, Wisconsin.

Ripon is the city where abolitionists and land reformers met in 1854 to found the Republican Party.

Cheney’s presence proved toxic, as Trump won Ripon by a bigger margin in 2024 than he did in 2020.

“On November 5, Trump won 53.8 percent of the vote (2,097 ballots) in the city of Ripon, while 45 percent (1,753 ballots) voted for Harris.

That was a worse finish for the Democratic ticket than in 2020, when Joe Biden received 46.6 percent (1,820 ballots), while 51.7 percent (2,019 ballots) voted for Trump,” the Nation’s John Nichols wrote.

Cheney also campaigned with Kamala Harris in the suburb of Waukesha County.

Waukesha was supposed to be Ground Zero for the suburban drift into solid Democrat strongholds.

But Liz Cheney again cost Kamala Harris.

“Despite the fact that much attention was paid to the prime-time visit, Trump’s percentage of the vote held steady in Waukesha County, at 59 percent.

In a state where Trump lost by around 20,000 votes in 2020 and won by around 30,000 votes in 2024, his Waukesha County advantage in each year was around 54,000,” Nichols also wrote.

Trump also won a greater percentage of conservatives in 2024 than he did in 2020, proving Cheney’s endorsement utterly useless.

“In 2020, according to the NBC News assessment of exit polling data, 14 percent of self-identified conservatives said they voted for Biden, while 5 percent of self-identified Republicans said they did the same.

In 2024, 9 percent of conservatives said they voted for the Democratic ticket, while just 4 percent of Republican voters said they backed Harris,” Nichols continued.

Kamala Harris and the media never understood that since Liz Cheney voted to impeach Trump and then served on Nancy Pelosi’s January 6 witch hunt committee Republicans view Cheney as a functional Democrat.

Cheney endorsing Kamala Harris without Kamala Harris making any policy concessions – Kamala supported nuking the filibuster and packing the Supreme Court – also showed that Cheney was on board with the liberal agenda and just hated Donald Trump.

Liz Cheney’s political career is now over and the Cheney name is mud in the Republican Party for all time.
