Little Caesars just shocked football fans with one deal that puts every competitor to shame

Football season is about to kick off and pizza prices have gone through the roof.
But one major chain just dropped a deal that’s making the competition sweat.
And Little Caesars just shocked football fans with one deal that puts every competitor to shame.
Little Caesars brings back legendary Pizza!Pizza! deal for NFL kickoff
Remember when you could actually afford to feed a family without taking out a second mortgage?
Little Caesars apparently does.
The Detroit-based pizza chain just announced they’re bringing back their iconic Pizza!Pizza! deal – two large 1-topping pizzas for just $4.99 each when you buy both online.¹
That’s right. Ten bucks for two large pizzas.
In an economy where a single pizza at most chains runs you $15-20, Little Caesars just threw down the gauntlet.
“We’re proud to continue our partnership with the NFL for a fourth year, connecting with fans through the universal love of pizza and football,” said Greg Hamilton, Chief Marketing Officer at Little Caesars.²
The deal kicked off August 25, just in time for the 2025 NFL season.
And they’re not messing around with some limited-time gimmick – this is their way of saying they’re serious about being “the Real Deal” for football fans.
NFL stars line up to promote unbeatable value
Little Caesars isn’t just relying on low prices to get attention.
They’ve recruited some serious NFL talent to spread the word.
San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle is back for another year, declaring Little Caesars “the Real Deal” in their first commercial of the season.³
Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown returns as part of the marketing push.
But here’s where it gets interesting – they’ve also signed Philadelphia Eagles running back and Super Bowl champion Saquon Barkley for a co-branded campaign with Pepsi.⁴
These aren’t just random celebrity endorsements.
These are elite athletes at the top of their game backing a brand that’s delivering real value to fans.
More than just cheap pizza – it’s about community
Here’s something you won’t hear from the other chains.
Little Caesars is bringing their Love Kitchen – a mobile pizza kitchen – to NFL cities throughout the season to feed people in need.⁵
They’re celebrating 40 years of this program, and they’re kicking it off in Philadelphia on September 3rd, partnering with local nonprofit Project HOME.
While other companies virtue signal with empty gestures, Little Caesars is literally feeding hungry families.
They’re also bringing back their Pizza!Pizza! Pregame challenges through their app starting September 4, where customers can earn their share of over $5 million in rewards and prizes.⁶
What this means for football fans and families
Look, we all know what’s happened to food prices over the last few years.
A trip to McDonald’s for a family of four can easily run you $50.
Pizza delivery? Forget about it – you’re looking at $60-80 with tips and fees.
So here comes Little Caesars saying, “Hey, we get it. People are struggling. Let’s make game day affordable again.”
Think about that for a second.
Two large pizzas for ten bucks means a family can actually enjoy the game without stressing about the food budget.
And you know what the best part is?
They’re not cutting corners on quality – they still use real mozzarella that’s never frozen, plus Muenster cheese, and make their sauce from California tomatoes that are crushed fresh from the vine.⁷
This isn’t some corporate PR stunt.
Little Caesars has been family-owned since Mike and Marian Ilitch opened their first restaurant in 1959.
They understand what working families need because they built their empire serving those exact customers.
So while other chains jack up prices and blame “inflation,” Little Caesars is proving you can still deliver value and make a profit.
The 2025 NFL season is about to kick off, and at least one company remembers that football is supposed to be fun for everyone – not just people who can afford $30 pizzas.
That’s what American business used to be about.
And apparently, at Little Caesars, it still is.
