Activist District Court Judges plunged America into a constitutional crisis with unlawful orders relegating President Trump to an inferior office by claiming they had the right to set national policy.
Judges issued temporary restraining orders removing President Trump’s Article II power to act as Commander in Chief and set military readiness standards, to fire executive branch employees as well as taking control of executive branch spending decisions.
But the straw that broke the camel’s back was Obama Judge James Boasberg granting himself the power to set American foreign policy and demand President Trump stop deporting illegal alien terrorists using the 1798 Alien Enemies Act.
President Trump had enough and demanded Congress impeach Boasberg.
“This judge, like many of the Crooked Judges’ I am forced to appear before, should be IMPEACHED!!! WE DON’T WANT VICIOUS, VIOLENT, AND DEMENTED CRIMINALS, MANY OF THEM DERANGED MURDERERS, IN OUR COUNTRY. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!” Trump posted on Truth Social.
In an unprecedented political act, John Roberts falsely claimed that impeachment was an illegitimate path for Congress to pursue.
“For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision. The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose,” Roberts said in a press release.
Impeachment is written into the Constitution.
District court judges exist at the creation of Congress.
They can defund and eliminate these courts at any time.
Impeachment is well within the bounds.
That was Greg Gutfeld’s message to Roberts during a fiery rant on The Five.
“Oh, yes. Well, I’m glad you asked me that question,” Gutfeld said to co-host Jesse Watters.
Gutfeld mocked the idea that John Roberts seems to think that impeachment is a remedy reserved only for when Democrats want to try and target Donald Trump.
“Look, John Roberts says it’s not appropriate. It’s not an appropriate response when you disagree with the judge. It is really a surprise to me that Trump doesn’t follow the appropriate protocol,” Gutfeld added.
Gutfeld told Roberts he should stay out of politics as history vindicated Donald Trump.
Going back to Trump’s famous announcement speech in 2015 that the media pilloried as racist for correctly stating that Mexico sent criminal illegal aliens to America, Gutfeld said Trump has been vindicated at every turn.
“Roberts, shut the ‘F’ up. This is something that a president has to do. He has to do this. It blows my mind how wrong I was in 2016. or 2015 when Trump came down the escalator and we were, I was, I can’t believe he said these things. Everything he said was right. They’re sending bad people. What did he say? They’re sending killers and rapists. Do you remember this? Some of them were good people,” Gutfeld added.
And contrary to Roberts’ claims, it was Democrats that trashed every single constitutional and societal norm by protecting terrorist illegal aliens from deportation, allowing men in women’s sports, supporting Hamas and weaponizing the justice system against Trump.
“But when you look at the Dems, you see what they’ve actually done, not what they might do, but what they’ve done. For example, they’re trying to prevent rapists and murderers from being deported. They allowed perverts into female safe spaces. They allow surgical experimentation on kids. They defend those who materially support Hamas. They defend no cash bail that expanded recidivist criminality. They- I could go on, my point being, we don’t have to make up the crap that they do. The only way they can survive is by hypothetically imagining what Trump will do next because he’s right in the present moment,” Gutfeld concluded.
