Media changed its tune about Donald Trump after he ran for President
The left-wing media spent the past eight years making former President Donald Trump out to be some type of evil and horrible monster who wanted to be America’s dictator.
Journalists would say just about anything about him over the past eight years if they thought it would inflict political or personal damage on him.
He’s faced more phony attacks, smears, investigations, witch hunts, and indictments than the worst criminals in American history.
But it wasn’t always like this for Trump.
Before he came down the golden escalator in 2015, he was loved and adored by Americans and most of the media.
“Long before making three consecutive bids for the US presidency, Donald Trump was America’s most flamboyant billionaire,” the BBC reported. “The New York real estate mogul’s life was splashed all over tabloids and television in the decades leading up to his improbable 2015-16 run for the White House.”
Hollywood celebrities like former talk show host Oprah Winfrey considered Trump a close personal friend and a wonderful man.
Aside from his successful business empire, Trump was also a best-selling author and a television star.
He’s written more than 14 bestsellers, including his first book and business classic from 1987, The Art of the Deal.
He previously owned Miss Universe, Miss USA, and the Miss Teen USA beauty pageants.
“Trump has written several books, appeared in movies and pro-wrestling programming, and sold everything from beverages to neckties,” the BBC reported. “But his net worth has dropped in recent years, with Forbes estimating he is currently worth around $4bn.”
Donald Trump was also the creator and co-host of the hit NBC reality show The Apprentice.
The Apprentice was wildly successful with Trump previously claiming he earned more than $214 million across 14 seasons.

And even though Vice President Kamala Harris is his rival, the businessman in Donald Trump would be impressed by how her stepdaughter monetized the Presidential race.
Ella Emhoff is taking advantage of being thrust into the national spotlight by virtue of her stepmother running as the Democrat candidate for President.
She spoke at the Democrat National Convention in Chicago on behalf of Kamala Harris.
And the 25-year-old showed some entrepreneurial spirit by creating clothing – aka “merch” – and selling it online to leftist supporters of her stepmother.

Emhoff can be seen in one photo holding up her dog-shaped handbag while wearing a pinstripe trouser suit and a blue jumper with the American flag.
Ella has earned a respectable reputation in the fashion world.
“Proving her place as a fashion icon, Emhoff has become a New York Fashion Week front-row regular,” Newsweek reported. “She has been spotted at events such as Proenza Schouler’s spring 2025 show, the Susan Alexandra X Rachel Antonoff dog show, and the opening night of the Damson Madder pop-up store.”
Ella Emhoff is taking advantage of her stepmother’s campaign to try and establish herself as a serious force in the fashion world.
Of course, she’s currently a socialist just like her stepmother.
But once Ella Emhoff starts making big money in her career and the tax man knocks on her door, she may one day realize she was on the wrong team in 2024.
