Nor can they fake a scandal to pressure him to resign.
But what Democrats can do is enlist rogue judges to strip away all of Trump’s Article II authority and render him little more than an impotent figurehead.
Obama Judge James Boasberg is at the tip of the spear in the plot to turn the 600 District Court Judges scattered across America into dictators that decide national policy by fiat.
Boasberg asserted that he – and not the President – is the final say on foreign policy when he blocked President Trump from deporting illegal alien gang members under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act.
Democrat judges – mainly seated in D.C. and Maryland where Joe Biden stacked the bench with the most radical left-wing activists – issued nationwide injunctions blocking President Trump from firing executive branch workers, banning transgenders from the military, and keeping biological males out of women’s prisons among other Trump agenda items.
Trump took to Truth Social to issue a warning to the country that these lawless judges were staging a silent coup that threatened to overturn America’s Constitutional order.
“Unlawful Nationwide Injunctions by Radical Left Judges could very well lead to the destruction of our Country! These people are lunatics, who do not care, even a little bit, about the repercussions from their very dangerous and incorrect Decisions and Rulings,” Trump began.
Trump told Americans that leftist lawyers forum shopped to make sure their lawsuits against the administration ended up in front of the most partisan Democrat judges where the hearings were a foregone conclusion.
“Lawyers endlessly search the United States for these Judges, and file lawsuits as quickly as they find them. It is then the obligation of Law abiding Agencies of Government to have these “Orders” overturned,” Trump continued.
Trump warned that these judges with jurisdiction over a single district were usurping the powers of the President to keep illegal alien gang members in America.
“The danger is unparalleled! These Judges want to assume the Powers of the Presidency, without having to attain 80 Million Votes. They want all of the advantages with none of the risks. Again, a President has to be allowed to act quickly and decisively about such matters as returning murderers, drug lords, rapists, and other such type criminals back to their Homeland, or to other locations that will allow our Country to be SAFE.,” Trump added.
Trump kept maintaining he was willing to fight this battle through the appeal process and not – as the fake news media maintained – outright defy a court order.
“It is our goal to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, and such a high aspiration can never be done if Radical and Highly Partisan Judges are allowed to stand in the way of JUSTICE. STOP NATIONWIDE INJUNCTIONS NOW, BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE,” Trump declared.
But Trump sent a message to Chief Justice John Roberts that it was long past time for the Supreme Court to step in as the real crisis America faced was lawless judges vetoing the results of the election and imposing their policy preferences on the nation.
“If Justice Roberts and the United States Supreme Court do not fix this toxic and unprecedented situation IMMEDIATELY, our Country is in very serious trouble!” Trump stated.
