But now Melania Trump is drawing attacks.
And CNN declared war on Melania Trump for one scary reason.
CNN was outraged that Melania Trump called out the media for inciting violence
After her husband survived two assassination attempts, former First Lady Melania Trump told Fox News’ Ainsley Earhardt that the media put former President Donald Trump’s life in danger by constantly lying about her husband being a threat to democracy and that he was the modern-day Adolf Hitler.
“Is it really shocking that all this egregious violence goes against my husband, especially that we hear the leaders from the opposition party and mainstream media branding him as a threat to democracy, calling him vile names,” Melania stated.
The second assassin who tried to kill Trump at his golf course was a Vice President Kamala Harris supporter who fanatically supported the war in Ukraine, echoed the line in the press and the Democrat Party that “democracy is on the line,” and offered a $150,000 bounty to kill Trump.
Melania explained that the media smearing her husband as a stooge for Russian President Vladimir Putin because he wants a peaceful end to the war in Ukraine helped incite this latest act of madness.
The former First Lady ended her remarks with a plea to done down the hate-filled rhetoric directed at her husband and for the country to unite.
“They only fueling a toxic atmosphere and giving power all of these people that they want to do harm to him. This needs to stop. This needs to stop. The country needs to unite,” Melania concluded.
CNN’s Christiane Amanpour proceeded to attack Melania falsely claiming she was misleading the American people about whose rhetoric is inciting political violence.
“Mrs Trump is mistaken, political violence is not the fault of the “mainstream media” and I wish she would take back this false and dangerous accusation,” Amanpour wrote.
CNN’s ugly attacks on Donald Trump
Amanpour only had to look to her own network to see the vile and dehumanizing rhetoric directed at Donald Trump.
CNN’s left-wing host Jake Tapper made a sport out of lying about how Trump was comparable to Hitler.
Jake Tapper on CNN compared Trump to Hitler over and over again on National Television.
This sowed the seeds in the minds of radicals that assassination is justified.

On one hand, the media wants to claim that Donald Trump incites political violence through sayings like calling the media the “enemy of the people.”
On the other hand, they want everyone to think it’s perfectly normal and acceptable to call him a fascist, a threat to democracy, and Hitler.
Two assassination attempts against him later and Americans can see that’s not the case.
Will the media change?
It’s highly unlikely.
There are less than 40 days remaining until the election so the attacks and the rhetoric against Donald Trump are likely to only get worse.
