Border Czar Tom Homan was stunned to see the stunt this Fox News star pulled

Tom Homan’s number one job is running President Trump’s mass deportation plan.
But Homan found a surprising source of resistance.
And Border Czar Tom Homan was stunned to see the stunt this Fox News star pulled.
The media invented their latest “worse than Watergate” hoax.
This involved the Trump Justice Department dropping corruption charges Joe Biden brought against New York City Mayor Eric Adams.
Biden indicted Adams on corruption charges after Adams criticized Biden for opening the border and trafficking more than 100,000 illegal aliens into New York City, a move Adams warned would “destroy” the city.
Trump administration Acting Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove announced the Justice Department was dropping the charges as they were politically motivated and brought by the weaponized Biden DOJ.
The cabal of deep state prosecutors working the case at the Southern District of New York all then resigned publicly and showboated when a resignation letter leaked to the media where they accused Trump Justice Department of entering into a quid pro quo with Adams to drop the charges in exchange for Adams working with the Trump administration on mass deportations.
None of these so-called “principled” prosecutors resigned when Joe Biden pardoned Hunter Biden or deployed the Justice Department to meddle in the 2024 election by indicting Donald Trump.
President Trump, as head of the executive branch, exercised his lawful power of prosecutorial discretion.
Trump’s Justice Department is under no obligation to continue prosecutions brought by the Biden administration if they feel the charges in question were flimsy.
Mayor Adams and Border Czar Tom Homan appeared on Fox & Friends where co-host Steve Doocy amplified the fake news media narrative about the Trump Justice Department and Adams.
Specifically, Doocy pressed Adams on the resignation letter of deep state prosecutor Acting United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York Danielle Sassoon, who claimed there was an illicit agreement between Adams and the Trump administration to drop the charges in exchange for Adams’ cooperation on immigration enforcement.
“You’ve been in the news all week. The Department of Justice dropped the criminal corruption charges against you. The U.S. Attorney here in New York City, the Southern District, she quit yesterday — the acting U.S. Attorney — and so did five members of the Department of Justice because they felt like being forced by the Department of Justice to drop the corruption charges was inappropriate, and they should not have asked,” Doocy began.
“And what she said was, she said you offered to help with the migration problem and the immigration agenda in exchange for the case being dropped,” Doocy added.
Adams responded that the suggestion was ridiculous as the implication was his attorney – one of the top in the country – committed a crime in front of a room full of witnesses.
“Think about that, think about that. Think about my attorney, Alex Spiro, one of the top trial attorneys in the country. Imagine him going inside saying that, ‘The only way Mayor Adams is going to assist in immigration’ — which I was calling for, for 2022 — ‘is if you drop the charges,’” replied Adams. “That’s quid pro quo, that’s a crime. It took her three weeks to report in front of her a criminal action. Come on, this is silly,” Adams shot back.
But co-host Brian Kilmeade pressed on questioning the Trump administration for dropping the charges without prejudice – meaning they can be reinstated – arguing they interfered with the Mayor’s ability to do his job ahead of an election.
“They said when they gave you — when they dropped the charges, it says it’s not because we think he’s innocent. It says we think that it affects elections, that it’s going to affect his reelection. And we think that that was wrong,” Kilmeade interjected. “When the Department of Justice dropped the charges, they said it’s not because they think the charges were unjust or that you’re innocent.”
Adams told the Fox hosts to look at the actual words of Bove’s memo instructing the Southern District of New York to drop the charges.
“No, go, go deeper into what they wrote. They articulated exactly weaponization,” Adams stated.
Even Fox News legal analyst Jonathan Turley argued the case against Adams was overstated, explaining that it stemmed from allegations Adams sped up the process for a fire inspection at the Turkish Embassy in exchange for campaign contributions.
“There is certainly less than meets the eye once you begin to look at these charges,” Turley said on Fox News. “You know, they for example say there was a quid pro quo where the mayor intervened to speed along a fire inspection approval process for a Turkish consulate, but you can say look, that’s what mayors do. This is a city with a lot of diplomats and we want to avoid diplomatic problems, including the arrival of the president of that country, so he has defenses to say there wasn’t any quid pro quo here.”
The media wants to play up Trump exercising his lawful Article II power as a scandal worse than Watergate.
Glory hound deep state prosecutors that tolerated Joe Biden’s abuses aid this effort with his resignation letters.
But the facts don’t back up the media’s latest anti-Trump obsession.
