The Democrat Party is hunting for a path out of the wilderness.

Democrats got a piece of advice from a surprising source.

And a popular comedian warned Democrats are doomed to defeat for one reason.

Andrew Schulz is one of the growing number of popular comedians who supported President Trump and interviewed Trump on his podcast during the campaign.

Schulz was recently a guest on Joe Rogan’s podcast and the two discussed Trump’s political success and where the Democrat Party fell short.

Schulz told Rogan that Democrats stopped paying attention to what people were feeling and started to tell them what they were supposed to think and feel.

“You gotta pay very close attention to what people are feeling. Don’t tell them what they should feel and ‘you know, better,’ and, ‘oh, we have to, you know, lead them to the water ’cause they’re too stupid to know how to find it.’ No, no, no,” Schulz began.

Schulz said Americans no longer trust the medical establishment due to the lies fed to the public during COVID, and instead Democrats would demand the public shut up and listen to the experts like Dr. Fauci.

“They are disillusioned by the medical system, and if you don’t meet them there, you’re never going to win. Ever. And I feel like that’s, at least from talking to Trump, that was something that I got from him,” Schulz added.

Schulz said when he interviewed Trump, he was an “acute listener” and that was an underrated skill for Presidents that won a second term like Trump, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama.

“It doesn’t seem like it when you see him on the news and shit, but he’s like an acute listener. Like, he listens to what people are saying, and he listens, more importantly, [to] what they’re feeling, and he can tap into those feelings,” Schulz continued. “And I think that’s what people who have had a lot of success in politics were able to do. [Former President] Barack [Obama] did it. [Former President] Bill Clinton did it.”

Rogan then praised Trump for picking anti-establishment outsiders like Tulsi Gabbard and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for positions in his cabinet.

Schulz agreed and argued this reinforced his point.

If Americans don’t trust the chemicals in the food, putting Kennedy in charge of the Department of Health and Human Services showed that Trump understood their concerns and was working to address them.

“But think about that decision, right? It’s like, those people are all echoing sentiments that the majority of Americans feel. We do not trust the food. Here’s the guy who says the food is bad. Maybe we should put him in control of the food,” Schulz declared.

Democrats, Schulz pointed out, would pick the most credentialed “expert” they could find and instruct Americans to stop asking questions because their betters told them to shut up.

“Kind of like a simple thing. Instead of going, ‘Well, this guy is the food doctor and we’re going to hire the food doctor because he knows what food is good for you and you guys should just shut up and listen.’ And I feel like there’s a lot of this, like, top down on the Left,” Schulz explained.

Schulz said as long as Democrats continued to condescend to the public in this manner, they are going to lose elections.

“It’s like, you can’t talk down to people. There’s this, like, Ivy League pretentiousness in the Democratic Party I feel where they’re like, ‘We know better and just, you must be stupid if you don’t agree with us.’ And it’s like, all right, well, I’m stupid,” Schulz concluded. “I’m dumb. I’m dumb then, so why doesn’t somebody meet me where I’m stupid and start at least making me feel like I’m not an asshole.”
