ICE Arrested an Illegal Alien Sex Offender After a Young Girl’s Horrific Ordeal That Ended in a Hospital Parking Lot

An 11-year-old girl gave birth in a hospital parking lot in South Carolina last week.
ICE was waiting before the story even hit the news.
Now the man who allegedly did this faces the rest of his life behind bars – and it cannot happen soon enough.
The Child Sex Crime Charges Against Luis Armando Argueta Montejo
Luis Armando Argueta Montejo, a 43-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, entered the United States in 2006.
For nearly two decades, he lived here without a single criminal charge – nothing that would have triggered a deportation.
That invisibility ended the moment a female minor, believed to be between 11 and 14 years old, was found in active labor in the parking lot outside a South Carolina hospital.
ICE lodged a detainer immediately.
Montejo now faces charges of incest and three counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
Investigators say the abuse didn't happen once.
According to the Oconee County Sheriff's Office, Montejo allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with the victim repeatedly over a three-year span – from 2022 through 2025.
Work the math on that.
If the victim is now between 11 and 14, the abuse began when she was as young as eight years old.
A paternity test is pending to determine whether Montejo fathered the child.
The minor and the newborn have both been placed in protective custody.
Montejo is currently held on $80,000 bond at a South Carolina jail.
Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis did not waste words in the official ICE press release.
"This sicko should NEVER have been in our country to prey on children in the first place," Bis stated.
"He now faces charges for incest and multiple child sex crimes."
South Carolina Criminal Sexual Conduct Law Carries 25 Years to Life
South Carolina does not go easy on men who rape children.
Under South Carolina Code § 16-3-655, criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the first degree – which covers victims under 11 years of age – carries a mandatory minimum of 25 years in prison with no possibility of suspension or probation.
Three counts.
Each one carrying 25 years to life.
If prosecutors establish that the abuse began when the victim was under 11, Montejo is looking at spending the remainder of his natural life in a South Carolina prison before ICE ever gets to deport him.
South Carolina also requires lifetime registration as a sex offender upon conviction.
None of that is near enough justice. Courts should have the authority to impose capital punishment for inflicting such horror on a child.
Illegal Alien Child Predator Arrests Have Doubled Under Trump
This is not an isolated case – it is a pattern Biden refused to break.
ICE's Houston field office alone arrested 414 illegal alien child sex offenders during Trump's first year back in office – a number that eclipsed the 211 arrested during the entire final year of the Biden administration.
As of mid-2024, ICE's own data showed more than 20,000 illegal aliens with sexual assault convictions or pending charges on its non-detained docket – tracked but not in custody.
Biden's DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas deliberately restricted ICE's authority to pursue criminal aliens, including those with sex offense histories.
Rep. Nancy Mace of South Carolina – the same state where this girl was found giving birth in a parking lot – called it out directly in a 2024 congressional hearing.
"The Biden Administration is waiting for criminal illegal aliens to commit violent crimes against American citizens before they are being deported," Mace said.
That is exactly what happened here.
Montejo had no criminal record because no one had caught him yet.
Biden's open border gave him 20 years to hide in plain sight.
Trump's ICE found him the moment a child's tragedy made him visible.
The question every parent in this country should be asking is how many more are still out there – living quietly, undetected, waiting.
Trump and ICE are working that answer every single day.
