Jimmy Kimmel Called Trump Voters Bad Christians Then Cheered Mobs Attacking Federal Agents

Six anti-ICE protesters were arrested in Los Angeles for throwing sex toys at federal officers.
Jimmy Kimmel watched the footage and told his national audience this is exactly what America needs.
The man who spent this week lecturing Trump voters about Christianity just gave his ABC platform to a mob assaulting the people enforcing your laws.
From the Michelle Obama Couch to the Dildo Blitz
Three days ago, Kimmel appeared on former First Lady Michelle Obama's podcast and delivered a sermon about MAGA voters.
"The cardinal rule of MAGA is to never admit when you are wrong," he told Obama and her brother Craig Robinson.
He went further – declaring that asking for forgiveness, which he called "the basis of the whole faith" – had been "cast aside" by Trump supporters.
Then he walked back into his Hollywood studio and celebrated mobs throwing rubber projectiles at ICE agents.
On Wednesday's Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Kimmel spent several minutes hyping what protesters have branded "Operation Dildo Blitz" – a coordinated national campaign that has now reached Los Angeles, Portland, Minneapolis, Chicago, and Washington, D.C.
He showed the clips.
He praised the participants.
He called the whole enterprise a "nice and harmless way to let ICE know what you think of them."
Harmless.
In Minneapolis back in February, a Hennepin County Sheriff's deputy was struck in the head by one of those "harmless" objects.
A squad car's windshield was damaged.
Forty-two people were arrested after authorities declared an unlawful assembly.
Protesters even managed to injure one of their own supporters by pelting him with the rubber devices – a detail that somehow never made Kimmel's highlight reel.
In Los Angeles on April 11, six more were arrested after throwing the toys at officers.
The LAPD declared an unlawful assembly after a crowd of up to 300 blocked streets and a freeway on-ramp.
Organizers had shipped 600 of the objects from Minneapolis specifically for the occasion.
Jimmy Kimmel called it harmless.
The Swalwell Standard
Here is what Kimmel also did not tell his audience this week.
In November 2025, Kimmel handed his stage to California congressman Eric Swalwell – gave him a studio standing ovation, called him a fighter against the forces of MAGA, and beamed as Swalwell announced his run for California governor.
"Perhaps our future governor of California," Kimmel told his audience.
This week, multiple women accused Swalwell of rape.
One woman said Swalwell slipped her something in his hotel room, then raped and strangled her until she blacked out.
A second woman told investigators he attacked her at a New York City hotel in 2024, with injuries serious enough to require medical attention.
The Manhattan District Attorney's Office opened an investigation.
Swalwell resigned from Congress.
Kimmel said nothing.
Not one word about the man he launched on national television.
Instead, he pivoted to Trump's Pope Leo XIV tweets, an AI-generated image of the president dressed as a doctor, and the apparent threat to democracy posed by 75 million Americans who voted against Kamala Harris.
The man who lectured Trump voters about Christian forgiveness could not find five seconds to acknowledge that the Democrat he championed had become the subject of a rape investigation.
What Kimmel Is Actually Telling You
This is not a comedy show that occasionally wanders into politics.
Kimmel is the tip of the spear for a Hollywood-Democratic machine that decides which scandals matter and which ones get buried.
When Swalwell was useful – announcing his campaign, rallying the resistance, attacking Trump on Kimmel's stage – he was a hero.
When Swalwell became a liability, the cameras cut away.
And when protesters throw solid rubber objects at the heads of federal law enforcement officers? Kimmel told millions of viewers that it's catching on and they should keep going.
Those federal agents are enforcing laws that the majority of Americans support.
The people assaulting them are the same crowd Kimmel has spent years defending, funding, and platforming.
Operation Dildo Blitz is not a prank – it is a coordinated, multi-city campaign to intimidate, humiliate, and physically confront officers performing lawful duties.
The ABC network is paying a man to cheer it on from a studio in Burbank.
Kimmel lectures your grandmother about what it means to be a Christian while applauding mobs that put a deputy in the hospital.
He knows exactly what he is doing.
