Jewel made it big in the 90s with hit songs like “Who will Save your Soul?” “You were Meant for Me,” and “Foolish Games.”

But now the woke outrage mob is after Jewel.

And Jewel just issued one public apology that no one saw coming.

Carrie Underwood performing “America the Beautiful” at Trump’s inauguration wasn’t the only musical act to roil the Left.

Jewel sang “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” at Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s “Make America Healthy Again” ball.

Social media lit up with woke snowflakes melting down because Jewel dared perform at an event honoring the new President.

But Jewel made a critical mistake.

Jewel went on social media and apologized for playing an inaugural event honoring Trump.

The woke mob views apologies as weakness and only invites more pile-ons.

In a video posted to Instagram, Jewel told her fans she only played the Kennedy MAHA ball to help raise awareness for finding solutions to what she claimed was a mental health epidemic in America.

“As many of you know, I am a mental health advocate. If there’s anything I’ve learned in the past 20 years, it’s that mental health affects everybody’s lives across party lines,” Jewel began. “I reached out to the last administration, spoke with the Surgeon General about the mental health crisis that’s facing our nation. I don’t know if you guys know the stats, but it is bleak.”

Jewel explained that it was impossible to find an administration you agree with 100 percent and if that was the standard, then she would never try and make a difference on issues she cares about.

“If I wait to try until I agree 100% with the people that might be willing to help me, I’d never get off the bench. I don’t think that’s how activism works, waiting until everything’s perfect enough to participate,” Jewel added. “It’s actually because things are so imperfect that we have to find ways to engage and to participate. And we have to act now. We cannot wait another four years.”

Jewel also informed her fans that there were people inside the Trump administration committed to the Make America Healthy Again agenda and she was willing to work with them on not just making America healthy physically, but mentally as well.

“If I can help shape policy, make sure mental health is in the conversation when it comes to American health. If I can help put resources or mental health tools into the hands of the most vulnerable who need it, I’m going to try and I’m going to fight,” Jewel continued. “And I understand that my words were overly simplistic. Half of our country feels hope right now, and I honor that. And half of our country feels disenfranchised and scared and vulnerable, and that is unacceptable.”
