Adam Schiff engaged Donald Trump in another spat.

The result was the same as before.

And Adam Schiff got put in his place by Donald Trump with a devastating smackdown.

Donald Trump travels to California and North Carolina

Donald Trump took his first visit as President.

Trump toured areas of North Carolina ravaged by Hurricane Helene and the parts of California torched by wildfires.

Unlike Biden who went into hiding so he could issue a slate of corrupt pardons, Donald Trump went on the ground to assure the American people the days of the government abandoning them in times of need were over.

Before Trump left for California the press reported that Trump invited Schiff to travel to California with him

That raised eyebrows as Schiff spent eight years trying to impeach and imprison Trump.

Schiff even appeared to confirm the report telling reporters he couldn’t fly aboard Air Force One with Trump since he needed to remain in Washington for floor votes in Trump’s cabinet nominees.

“Regrettably, Sen. Padilla and I have votes today in the Senate, so we aren’t able to go,” Schiff stated. “But I’m glad he’s going, and I’m glad that he’s going to see the devastation. Because I think, frankly, until you see it and the scope of it — whole neighborhoods gone block after block after block — it’s hard to wrap your head around.”

The idea of Schiff getting an invite from Trump for the trip to California was news to Trump.

During the trip to North Carolina Trump mocked Schiff’s claim of an invite and – in vintage Trump fashion – busted out his insult comic routine to mock Schiff saying it looked “like he got hit with a baseball bat.”

“I was told that Schiff was going to travel with us to California. I wasn’t thrilled, to be honest with you. And I saw him last night on television. It looks like he got hit with a baseball bat or something,” Trump told reporters.

For weeks the media falsely claimed Trump was spreading misinformation about California’s response to the wildfires by claiming the state didn’t have enough water for firefighters to put out the fires because Gavin Newsom and other Democrats put the welfare of animals ahead of building water infrastructure.

Trump landed with a Los Angeles Times story waiting for him revealing that California refused to build water projects because of radical environmental policies about animal welfare.

“Los Angeles County officials missed dozens of opportunities for water infrastructure improvements that ..would have enabled firefighters to save more homes during the Palisades fire, public records show,” the Times reports. “Three dozen ‘highest priority’ upgrades .. in 2013 have yet to break ground.’” 27 dead, 22 missing, pets and wildlife killed, major environmental destruction,” the Los Angeles Times reported.

Democrats rejected authorizing money to upgrade and expand water infrastructure because it ran counter to the Green New Deal.

“County officials had asked for three dozen critical upgrades and expansions of water infrastructure more than a decade earlier, at a projected cost of less than $57 million. Successive city and state administrations did absolutely nothing on any of those projects,” the Los Angeles Times report continued.

Trump’s second term is already following a familiar playbook.

Adam Schiff looks like a fool.

And the media gets exposed as the real source of misinformation and Donald Trump is the truth teller.
