Barack Obama’s failed Presidency made Donald Trump’s political rise possible.

Obama spent eight years trying to stop Trump from winning power.

And Barack Obama’s worst nightmare just came true after Trump won re-election.

Trump’s win repudiates Barack Obama

Barack Obama opened the border to millions of illegal aliens.

The Black Lives Matter movement and woke identity politics rose in the age of Obama.

In 2016, the American people elected Donald Trump as a backlash to the excesses of the Left that Obama fostered.

Obama saw Trump winning re-election as the American people fully repudiating his Presidency.

David Garrow – a Pulitzer Prize winning journalist and Obama biographer – told the Daily Mail that Obama frantically campaigned for Kamala Harris, knowing that Trump winning would render Obama politically irrelevant.

Both Barack and Michelle Obama became more lunatical on the campaign trail as they saw groups they believed owed their support to the Democrat Party – black men, Latinos and suburban women – siding with Trump.

Garrow said the two adopted an indignant, preachy tone that alienated voters.

“People do not want to be talked down to, no matter who they are,” Garrow stated.

Garrow referred to tirades the Obamas unleashed on the campaign trail.

Michelle Obama went on the trail and threatened men that if they voted for Donald Trump, that Trump would inflict physical harm on the women in their lives.

“To anyone out there thinking about sitting out this election or voting for Donald Trump or a third-party candidate in protest because you’re fed up, let me warn you, your rage does not exist in a vacuum. If we don’t get this election right, your wife, your daughter, your mother, we as women will become collateral damage to your rage,” the former First Lady ranted.

Barack Obama showed up in Pittsburgh and scolded black men that they were sexists and race traitors for not supporting Kamala Harris.

“And you’re coming up with all kinds of reasons and excuses, I’ve got a problem with that,” Obama lectured.

“Because part of it makes me think – and I’m speaking to men directly – part of it makes me think that, well, you just aren’t feeling the idea of having a woman as president, and you’re coming up with other alternatives and reasons for that,” Obama continued.

These heavy handed tactics backfired.

Trump carried suburban women 51 to 47 percent.

And 21 percent of black men voted for Trump.

“I thought it was tone-deaf and clueless for them to preach as they did,” Garrow continued.

The Obamas fall from grace

Garrow told the Daily Mail that the Obamas now fell into the same level of irrelevancy that Bill and Hillary Clinton did following Hillary’s defeat in 2016.

“I would expect that perception will be shared by lots of people. If so, I think it reduces their relevance to Bill Clinton territory,” Garrow continued.

Obama knew this as well.

“He has been and remains extremely concerned and nervous about his historical legacy,” Garrow stated.

Trump winning twice means the American people wanted to move on from Obama style politics, and Garrow thinks the Democrat Party took stock of this fact and will lurch even farther to the Left.

“That has certainly taken a big hit with Trump once again triumphing,” Garrow exclaimed.

“The conclusion for Democrats is that they’ve got to dispense with these people from the past, including Hillary Clinton too, and move to a new generation of figures who are not in the AOC club at all,” Garrow concluded.
