The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff wanted to round up Trump supporters
Woke Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley was someone who worked against former President Donald Trump.
Milley apologized for appearing with Trump at a church Black Lives Matter tried to burn to the ground during the insurrection following George Floyd’s death in 2020.
Milley later testified that he blamed “white rage” for the riot on January 6.
Veteran journalist Bob Woodward’s new book War contains even more frightening revelations about how Milley saw the events of that day as an excuse to deploy the government’s police powers to target Trump supporters.
In something that should never happen in America, the nation’s top General met with Attorney General Merrick Garland and demanded the Justice Department pursue, round up, and jail Trump supporters.
“In the wake of the January 6, 2021 attack on the Capitol by a riotous mob of the then-president’s supporters, Woodward writes that Milley insisted on securing a meeting with the then-newly-minted attorney general, Merrick Garland, to urge him to investigate domestic violent extremism and far-right militia movements,” the Independent reported.
The military can’t operate on American soil.
Woodward noted this was likely the first-ever meeting between a Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Attorney General.
“According to Woodward, a senior Department of Justice lawyer said at the time that Milley’s sit-down with Garland might have been the first-ever meeting between a chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the country’s top civilian law enforcement official. He writes that the general asked for the meeting because he was ‘deeply convinced’ that Trump remained ‘a danger to the country’ even though he had been forced from office after Biden’s election win,” the Independent also reported.
That’s the case for a very good reason.
In third-world dictatorships, the military and justice system operate in service of the ruling regime.
America’s top General ordering the Attorney General to deploy the FBI and federal prosecutors to target the administration’s political opponents is a scene out of the old Soviet Union.
Milley flies off the deep end
Woodward also wrote that in 2023 Milley saw him at the Willard Hotel in Washington.
“We gotta talk,” Milley said.
A lunatic Milley began ranting to Woodward that “no one has ever been as dangerous to this country” as Trump.
He then smeared Trump as a “fascist.”
“He is the most dangerous person ever. I had suspicions when I talked to you about his mental decline and so forth, but now I realize he’s a total fascist. He is now the most dangerous person to this country,” Milley raged.
“A fascist to the core,” Milley doubled down.
If Donald Trump wins in November he will have to make sure that, unlike his first administration, woke generals like Milley don’t rise through the ranks.
