It’s a coin flip if Kamala Harris or Donald Trump will be the next President.

Some on the Left know a Kamala Harris Presidency is bad news for America.

And a liberal comedian told Americans that Kamala Harris would strip away this essential right.

Kamala Harris poses a threat to free speech

Vice President Kamala Harris is already threatening to ban and confiscate guns through red flag laws if she wins the Presidency.

But the right to keep and bear arms isn’t the only fundamental freedom at risk under a Kamala Harris administration.

The right for Americans to speak freely could vanish under a Democrat-controlled Washington, D.C.

Tesla founder Elon Musk bought Twitter to serve as a bulwark against government censorship.

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg announced his platform was out of the forced censorship game.

But popular podcast host Joe Rogan warned the censorship industrial complex would come roaring back.

“I don’t think it turns around if Kamala Harris gets into office. I think they clamp down more,” Rogan stated.

Rogan discussed how after a 2019 debate Kamala openly spoke of revoking social media privileges for former President Donald Trump and the like.

“She openly discussed the need for the same rules to apply to Facebook and Twitter and the possibility that Elon Musk could lose his privileges. There are so many wild things that they are saying,” Rogan added.

Kamala also delivered a speech before the NAACP where she threatened jail time for anyone who expressed views online that Democrats don’t like.

In her speech, she warned social media companies that if they “act as a megaphone” and “profit” from “hate” and “Misinformation” they could face sanctions.

Kamala Harris demanded tech companies “police your platform” or “we will hold you accountable.”

Tim Walz is just as bad on free speech

When Kamala Harris selected Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her running mate it meant she doubled down on her pro-censorship platform.

“Tim Walz said that the First Amendment doesn’t apply to misinformation or hate speech. Okay, well, it certainly does. It does,” Rogan continued. “Sometimes people say things wrong and the goal of the First Amendment is, you say something wrong, and then this guy who is an expert says the right thing, and you correct him.”

During a 2022 interview on MSNBC, Walz falsely claimed the First Amendment doesn’t apply to misinformation and hate speech.

“I think we need to push back on this. There’s no guarantee to free speech on misinformation or hate speech, and especially around our democracy. Tell the truth, where the voting places are, who can vote, who’s able to be there,” Walz stated.

The First Amendment explicitly protects both.

The most misused saying on the Left is the Supreme Court ruled you can’t yell fire in a crowded theater.

The Supreme Court where this saying came from – Schenck v. United States – says you can with the majority ruling “sometimes you could yell ‘fire’ in a crowded theater without facing punishment. The theater may actually be on fire. Or you may reasonably believe that the theater is on fire.”

So-called “hate speech” is also protected as the case of Skokie v. Illinois upheld the right of the Ku Klux Klan to hold a march.

Democrats consider “hate speech” and “misinformation” to be conservative political views and they want to shred the First Amendment so they can censor and jail their political opponents.
