Democrats just lost all hope of Donald Trump going to trial over January 6 before November.

And the Supreme Court’s Presidential immunity decision sent Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez into a state of delusion.

Lawfare collapsing for Democrats

Democrats know President Joe Biden has no record of accomplishments to show to voters this fall.

Not only that, but the overwhelming majority of Americans believe he’s too old to effectively serve as President.

Democrats were counting on Biden’s weaponized justice system to take down former President  Donald Trump.

But Biden’s lawfare has backfired from the moment Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis forced Trump to pose for a mugshot at the county jail.

Polls now show Trump leading him nationally and in every critical swing state.

Democrats still had an inkling of hope that Donald Trump would face trial before November in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s classified documents hoax.

“Mr. Trump was charged with 37 felony counts, including willful retention of national defense information, obstruction, and false statements,” the Washington Post reported.

Trump responded by pointing out that he was protected from prosecution by Presidential immunity.

And in a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court just ruled that Presidents have unlimited immunity from criminal prosecutions for their official actions taken in office. 

As Breitbart’s Joel Pollack pointed out, the “case will now be remanded, and will likely result in the dismissal of some or all of the charges facing the former President in federal court in Washington, DC, relating to the Capitol riot of January 6.”

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez ready to impeach conservative justices

Of course, Democrats responded to the decision with outrage.

Joe Biden addressed the American people in a brief speech on Monday where he ranted about how “no one is above the law, not even the President of the United States.”

“Today’s Supreme Court decision on Presidential immunity, that fundamentally changed,” Biden said. “For all practical purposes, today’s decision almost certainly means that there are virtually no limits on what a President can do.”

The reality is that Democrats are furious that the Supreme Court is under a 6 to 3 conservative majority.

For months, they’ve been looking for a way to remove a Justice or to expand and pack the Supreme Court with left-wing Justices.

The Presidential immunity case led  Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) to promise to file Articles of Impeachment against the Supreme Court when Congress returns.

“The Supreme Court has become consumed by a corruption crisis beyond its control,” Ocasio-Cortez wrote on X. “Today’s ruling represents an assault on American democracy. It is up to Congress to defend our nation from this authoritarian capture.”

“I intend on filing articles of impeachment upon our return,” Ocasio-Cortez added.
