Happy Gilmore 2 is set to be released sometime in 2025.
Sandler has an all-star cast for the film that includes some big names in cameo roles.

The NFL star appears to be playing the employee of a business while he greets Sandler’s character.
Happy Gilmore was released in 1996 and went on to become a comedy classic.
Sandler stars as former hockey player Happy Gilmore with anger management problems who picks up golf to save his grandmother’s house.
Gilmore’s unconventional style ruffles feathers in the professional golf world.
The sequel is bringing back actor Christopher McDonald, who plays Gilmore’s archrival Shooter McGavin, and actress Julie Bowen, who plays Gilmore’s romantic interest Virginia Venit.
Former ESPN personality Dan Patrick, rapper Eminem, and rapper Bad Bunny are some of the big-name stars set to join Kelce in making cameos in the film.
Adam Sandler looks to rekindle the magic of the first film
Sandler admitted that he was reluctant to do a sequel to Happy Gilmore at first during an appearance on The Tonight Show in August.
“It’s good. We worked hard on the script, man!” Sandler exclaimed. “We didn’t want to let anybody down.”
Sandler wrote the script with his frequent collaborator Tim Herlihy, who co-wrote Happy Gilmore with him.
“People have been asking me for a long time, Do Happy Gilmore 2, and I was always like, ‘Nah, I’ll only let you down.’ But then me and my buddy, Tim Herlihy, we came up with this idea. We’re really excited about it. We wrote our a ** es off. We’re continuing to try to make it a movie that you guys will like,” Sandler explained.
Herlihy also co-wrote with Sandler some of the comedian’s biggest movies including Billy Madison, The Waterboy, and The Wedding Singer.
Sandler revealed that he had a great part lined up for Kelce.
“We have a nice something for Travis,’ Sandler stated. “He’s going to come by. He’s a very nice guy…What a big, handsome guy. Funny and cool as hell. He’s a stud, and he’s so funny.”
This is the latest role for Kelce who has a burgeoning career in entertainment.
He was the host of the Amazon Prime Video game show Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity? and had a small part in the FX horror series Grotesquerie.
Kelce has made headlines for being the boyfriend of pop star Taylor Swift.
The 35-year-old is laying the groundwork for a career in entertainment after his playing days come to an end.
