On a recent episode of Real Time, Maher invited Megyn Kelly.

Kelly previously interviewed Maher where the two engaged in a contentious debate about the 2020 election.

This time Maher and Kelly were on the same side.

One reason leftists turn up their noses at Maher is because he calls out the transgender ideology insanity for what it is.

Maher brought Kelly on his show so his audience could hear the truth about the dangers of gender identity ideology.

“We are chopping off the healthy body parts of young children,” Kelly began.

The audience gasped in astonishment at what Kelly told them the Left was doing to kids in the name of transgenderism.

A problem conservatives face in this debate is Americans don’t actually believe the Left is luring kids into a transgender lifestyle and then mutilating their bodies with life altering surgeries.

Kelly explained to Maher’s audience this is what was happening.

“Oh, 100 percent we are doing that,” Kelly stated.

Maher told his audience Kelly was right.

“We are definitely doing that. That’s what it is. I don’t know what the ooing is about,” Maher replied.

Kelly said the left transgender advocates took advantage of kids going through a vulnerable phase to trick them into thinking they weren’t born a boy or a girl.

“Kids, who are suffering from bullying or who have been sexually assaulted or who are going through normal puberty and feel uncomfortable in their bodies, will say to their parents, ‘I’m not sure, maybe I’m gender confused,’” Kelly added. “They will send them to a psychiatrist or psychologist, who are told by our organizations, the American Psychiatry Association and all the others that run their licensing,” that gender affirmation “is the only standard.”

The pandemic was a turning point in this debate.

It’s an issue that divides the Left as old school liberals like Maher recoil in horror at how woke leftists hijacked their party to indoctrinate children into the transgender lifestyle.
